I returned a product to Sears and cancelled the delivery.  This number keeps calling me to reschedule my delivery even though I got my $2K back already.

Awful customer service number. The left hand definitely does not know what the right hand is dong. There seems to be no inter-departmental communication. This Sears 888 number repeatedly called me about a product that I NEVER ordered --every morning @ about 8:03 no matter how many times I'd tell them  that nothing was ordered by me-I requested to speak to at least 2 supervisors--- to NO AVAIL. This has been going on for about a week and a half

Sears keeps calling me at 8:03 am every day to nomader what i tell them i have asked to be put on the no call lidt 24 times now and havr ben called a total of 184 times! I DIDENT EVEN ORDER ANYTHING!!!any one know how to stop them calling??

This is horrible service from Sears. Just a reminder that any company that automates any call does not considered any of its customers valuable.

Endless calls with no message left. If they need to talk to me why can't they leave a message. The phones calls are very intrusive.

They call with recorded message telling me my delivery has been delayed.  I try to call the number back and get a recording then it hangs up.  Finally after two days of calling someone answers.  Said they know nothing about a delivery they are a collection agency.
