this is p&b capital group they are calling me to they are a collection agency that tries to act like a law office they will say if you don't give them money they will take you to court but they never do they just keep calling saying if you dont pay they will sue you

These guys have been HARRASSING me and my parents that live in another state.  FYI: They have called my family by this number:  414-375-4834.  I want to file a LAWSUIT, since they feel that they can take me to court... WHAT CAN I DO?

Has anyone else received calls from P&B Collections on any other telephone numbers? If so what were they. Thanks.

Company Is P & B Capital GRoup.   2 people are calling my sister.  Ms English and a guy who does not leave a name just an extension  EXT 146.    They are calling my sister BUT I have never received a phone call or correspondence from them.  Will be calling today and recording it.  I already talk to the attorney generals office in my state and they are declaring this company as bottom feeders.  Record your call.  Do not pay them anything.  In my state they are not licensed, therfore they are illegal.  Let them sue you, in my state they will loose.  At the end of the call let them know ypu are recording this conversation, bet you they hang up quickly.

They called and mailed me about a debt to my bank that I do not owe. I called the original creditor (my bank) and verified I was in good standing and had no outstanding debts. I then called P & B's phone number and got a "Hello?". No identification of the business I was calling. I asked who I was speaking with. He answered simply "Dave".  I told them they were contacting me in error. "Dave" then wanted to know what company I was trying to reach (how many names to they go by at that same number?). I told him P & B capital. I explained that I'd contacted my bank and they knew of no such debt and advised me not to give them personal information as it was likely a scam.  "Dave" wanted me to prove I was in good standing with my bank rather than prove the source of this supposed debt.  I have filed a complaint with the Buffalo, NY Better Business Bureau, the FTC and my state attorney general's office.  I cannot stress enough how important it is to RECORD ALL OF YOUR TELEPHONE CALLS WITH THESE PEOPLE.  A woman won ten million all because she records her calls with these scam artists.

You have to be a big [***]?  You fight fire with fire dumbass. You stand up to these [***] and if you don't, the word will get around real quick that your a a real [***] and easy money and your life will be hell. So, I would rather deal with one smartass agency then to deal with a deluge in the next few months.

They also call from 240-696-1992. The phone is from a Maryland exchange near Baltimore. I think they have satellite offices that call using NON toll free numbers. They recognize people ignore incoming toll free calls so they use these in an attempt to get you on the phone. The callers from this Maryland number dont even bother to tell you the part about "an attempt to collect a debt".

I am being harrassed by this company, a "Miss Johnson" at ext. 152 to collect a debt, even though I had a bankruptcy discharged over a year ago.

Just started receiving calls from this number regarding a debt that NEVER existed. They will also tell you that they will keep calling until they "get their money". It is against STATE and FEDERAL law for a collection agency to keep calling AFTER you have directed them not to. They may ONLY contact you by mail.

P&G  Capital Group been calling me and threatening me on the phone that they will be suing  me then hung the phone up on me.
