This is a medical collection agency...
They have called us twice on a bill that was PAID!

They called my home yesterday at 8 a.m. looking for someone I divorced 20 years ago & his ex-wife. Got some details from the caller, told her she was in violation of Federal law for contacting a non-party who happens to have the same surname. Sent the president of Senex an email stating same & that my next call was to the hospital they'd bought the debt from. Almost instantly got an email back saying they wanted to put my number on their "don't call" list. Contacted hospital anyway. Under Fair Credit Collection Act they can't pluck your number out of directory & haraass you or fish for information while deadbeats with the same surname hide behind an unlisted number.

I got three calls from this number saying that they are FerdEx and they were holding my child hostage and I need to pay $3000.00 for the child release,  I called back the number and ask where to send the money.  I was told that they are in Reno.

This company claims to have bought a debt from a hospital I went to. Problem is, the hospital initally didn't file the claim with the correct insurance company and so the bil went unpaid for awhile even thought I kept telling the hospital to "BILL THE CORRECT INSURANCE" eventually the hospital was paid. The hospital sold the debt (there shouldn't be one now, right?) and I'm supposed to now pay Senex. Fat chance! I told them I didn't owe anyone especially them. I don't care if the hospital "sold the debt", the hospital didn't have a right to do so. These a@*h*%$s at Senex are degrading my excellent credit rating. I'll get a lawyer before I pay them one cent!
