Got a call from a very rude and aggressive man at this No. ext 5707.  Says it is Law Offices of Michelin and Kay. "Urgent Legal matter."

Got a call form this number, listed as unavailable on my cell. Lady left a VM and sounded real rude. She did say "This is a lawyers office" My thoughts are that they are a group of collectors. I read an article the other day about "Zombie debt" This is debt that has been around for a long time and was probably sold to another more aggressive collection agency.((Google "Zombie Debt")) Point is...there are statute of limitations for debt that are different in each state, what they are trying to do is at least have a conversation with the person who owes the debt so they can keep the debt "alive" and not let the statute of limitations expire. Check your state for local limitations.

had several calls from 888-587-0752. Came up on caller ID as unknown. Man said his name was George and this was his direct #. Had an identical call
4 days ago however it was a different person ( this time with heavy accent) claiming to be the so called 'George'.

Mitchell & Kay Law Firm. I owe Capital One Money and they refuse to send me detailed statements. Therefore, I was sent to collections & now this guy is calling me.

He is VERY rude to me & I told him I was in a battle with Capital one & he responded "I think you need a better excuse than that"

stupid people keep calling me and ask for the name i have never heard.
i told them to remove my no. several times and they still keep calling me.

I recently moved to a different state and just switched to a new number two weeks ago.  I have been getting almost daily phone calls from these people since the day after.  Everytime I pick up they immediately hang up.  I finally called back just now and a VERY rude and unprofessional woman with a thick New York accent answered.  I told her that I kept getting calls from their number--she then interupted me and asked me if my name was (some woman's I've never heard of).  I told her no and was about to ask her to stop calling my number and hanging up, especially since I'm on a prepaid plan, when she interupted me again and started yelling, "Well obviously it was the wrong number!!"  She was so unbelievable sassy that I had to hang up out of frustration.  I have never heard of any company who's business ethics allow for such malicious harrassment--my ex-boyfriend constantly had collectors calling him and even they did not conduct their business so unprofessionally.       I will file a complaint with the BBB today.

I had a call today from a gentleman who was looking for my son, he called my cell number and he became very aggresive when I would not give him the information he wanted. He refused to tell me who he was or what he wanted. Kept demanding that I put my 24 year old adult son on my cell phone. I told him he does not live with me nor is he beside me. Would not take no for an answer. Hung up on me and called my cell phone 3 more times in a 2 minute span.
Something should be done with these type of people an d companies.

This number 888-587-0752 is listed to a Mitchell & Kay Law Firm also known as Plaza Associates out of New York City. This firm according to the Atty Gen Office has enough law suits against him to choke a horse. I requested a copy of my Credit Report a few minutes ago and found his name as having requested information. This guy is a crook who goes around trying to find out if you have any outstanding debts and then claims he has been retained by the company to collect the debt.One thing wrong with that, he is trying to collect from a debtor who has been paid off. Copy the State ATTy Gen office for your state and also New York's
If after receiving the signed request for the letter, you still receive calls
then sue the crap out of him. Hang up on this individual immediately!!!!! Do not answer his questions JUST HANG UP!!!!!!

The rude lady would not identify herself, she asked for James Walker. I asked what this was about, she said she could only talk with James. James is my ex husband of 12 plus years. He is seriously mentally disturbed, why wouldn't I want to know what this is about.  I am now concerned of what can of worms is now open. If James has debits, why are they calling me?  My name isn't even the same now, nor has my address been the same since the final divorce.  I feel that I am unsafe. Is there a way to file a harrassment against the caller? Unfortunately, hanging up on the debitors doesn't seem to stop the influx of calls. Help?

Getting dead air calls from this number to my cell phone.

No written communications from anyone.

A couple of weeks ago got a call from this number with someone asking for a name I'd never heard before.  Caller hung up saying the connection was bad and they would call right back.  They didn't.

I keep getting calls for "laurie lucas" who I have NEVER heard of and they JUST KEEP CALLING!!! When I tell them that they have the wrong number he asks
"you're sure you don't know laurie?" in the same manner you would ask someone if they are harboring fugatives.

Calls every day.  Rude recorded message for someone that doesn't live at this address.  Can't get them to stop!!

Called, left no message.  Called back and spoke to a Mr. Harris and he asked me for a reference number. I told him I didn't have one.  He asked me for my name and I wouldn't give it to him unless I knew why they were calling.  Asked me for my phone number, COULDN'T EVEN FIND WHY THEY WERE CALLING!  Annoying and rude.

today I got a call from 1-888-587-0752 it was a man on the other end of the phone. he was looking for a women and i told him that he had the wrong number. he went on to say the number that he was calling and i said yes that is the number you called, but you still have the wrong number. so he went on asking me if this person was here and again i said no, so then he asked is there someone there by this name and again i said no, so he went on asking which is it is this person there or not, or there someone there by this first name. he got very, very, very rude and i hung up on him. i'm still trying to figure out what part of 'SORRY YOU HAVE TO WRONG NUMBER' this person didnt understand.

I received a call from these people today, a "Mr. Roberts", who stated that I owe them over $900.00 for a Capital One credit card I had over 6 years ago. I told him that I paid that debt off in 2007, in the sum of $402.00. He then told me that I would need to produce a "Debt Settlement" letter to him from the previous debt collection agency, but I never received one. He then told me that I would have to pay them for this debt. I am contacting a lawyer. This has to be illegal!

Yes, they are collectors and they called me by mistake. They had a wrong number and they are not polite at all. Ahg !!!

Today I got a call from this number. A very rude men said that he was calling from First USA, when I told that I was not the person he may be looking for, very rude said I have a balance of $22,000.00 he wants me paid that balance.
