Thank you to all who have written. This number called me as well and I know there are debt collectors after my brother. This is the second company who has called b/c they somehow got my name. Thank God I'm never home for these phone calls. Thanks again for the information!!!

This collection agency was trying to find my brother. After numerous times of refusing information to them, I found that if you fax or send them written notice to stop calling you, they must according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). By the way, telling them on the phone isn't enough; it has to be in writing. I get the same call 3-4 times a day. They always ask for Amy. When I tell them they have a number for someone who doesnt live here, they say sorry and hang up. Then they call back.

I started getting calles from Riddle and put them on my Phones service "call blocking" I should not get a call from them again, at least from this number. If I get some mail I'll send them my standard "ceise and desist" and "proof of debt" letter and I usually NEVER hear from a debt collector again. Ive delt with at least 10 this way and it works every time. kahill

Yes, they call me too, all day long. Very annoying at work. They may be trying to reach someone named, Fawad but do not have the last name.

I get several calls from this number, a man named Richard simply says "This is Richard, give me a call at--" Don'td know who it is, always let ans. machine take it.

Up to 3 and 4 calls per day requesting I press a variety of numbers to connect to a live person. They do identify themselves in any way. The canned message indicates urgency and credit threat. It represents an invasion of privacy and intimidation. I just don't answer when I see the phone number.

Just got the "good new yellow card". I don't have a best buy card, nor do I have ANY kind of loans. So I'd be curious to know how they got my name and address. It's going in the trash!
