caller says he is callingin reference to someone that I have never heard of...on a business matter...

Annoying rude caller said she has an affidavit of complaint about someone I have never heard of

Melissa Morgan, left me a threatening message that I would be served at work if I did not contact her by the close of business yesterday, she had my boss's name, my married name which was changed 3 years  ago after my divorce back to my maiden name.  Said she had a case that was turned over to her office.  Sounding very threatening....

Debt collector / Bottom Dweller,   Commercial Recovery Systems.

An annoying automated message was left asking to return the call.  Even debt collectors are a bunch of lazy [***] bottom dwellers.  

IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO USE ANY SORT OF AUTOMATED CALLING.  THERE"S NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANYONE.

Did you call her back? If so, was it anything to worry about or is it some type of scam?

Melissa Morgan called my step-son's in-laws looking for my husband - said that he had 24 hours to contact them for papers to be served.  Isn't that illegal to contact someone UNRELATED - not sure if this is a debt or just what?  Pretty skanky in my opinion
