I have been getting calls from this company called Delmar Capital and Iahve had numerous amounts of messages also I even started coopreating with them. I have made several attempts to reach them to settle a debt and there seems to be nobody there. Who are these people and how have they obtained my information. ( Thhey even said that I shouldn't bother to call the bank I used to use that I was only to work with them.)

Some guy named Al keeps calling my work number looking for someone. They say it right at the beginning of the message and I can't understand.  He says "his client" is going to take other actions to resolve this debt.  We have no debt.  The number he left is 888-591-502 ext 148.  I call the number twice and get a static line, and then the call disconnects.
