who is it

It is collect corp.  They phone daily for a Cindy and no matter how many times I explain she does not live here they still keep calling.

They phone every other day, but leave no message as to what it regards to. No info equals no callback!!

I suspect this is a collection agency.  I would like to know which one it is, and where it is located.

Find out who they are and what address they are at.  Then send them a letter stating she doesn't live there and tell them they can come to your house to find out for themselves if they want to.   They won't of course.  It's worth a shot anyway!

Collection agencies should be banned, or at least their aggressive tactics should be banned!  I'm sure someone has had a heart attack and/or health problems because of them!

called them back, asked them to hold while I got the person in charge of payables, FOR 20 MINUTES, they gave up

These idiots must get paid by volume! They certainly have no brains! They must call tens of thousands to baseless claims. I bet they have a volume deal with (at least) Bell Canada, even though they are in USA. Some air-head in a suit is probably boasting about how their company does all the collections for the Bells - without realizing they got suckered into chasing vapors

Bell apparently gives them highly doubtful (to just plain erroneous) 'unpaid' issues to chase, because Bell realizes they can't collect by themselves (-heck, how can you collect a debt that doesn't exist?). In my case, Bell ended up returning money to me, but Collect Corp doesn't understand that (or Bell never told them). These morons have only 2 modes - 'dialing', or looking for the next number to dial. Of course (perhaps with the collusion of other telecom companies), they 'hide' their identity and their location to make it difficult for consumers to take legal action. Now, I just go off-hook and mute my phone. I have a limitless wireless plan.

When I see a steaming cow-pie, I think of these people and the phone companies. Useless piles of s!!t. Put them on hold for 20 minutes, sell them religion, or otherwise waste their time until we can figure out a more efficient way to disable their efforts on a more permanent level.

These people keep calling asking for a business. I am not a business, nor is my name the business they are calling about. How do I make them stop calling?

I RECEIVE A CALL EVERYDAY, THEY ASK ME TO DIAL  1 TO TALK TO THEM THEN THE LINE GOES DOWN. IT IS VERY ANNOYING  HOW TO RESOLVE THIS IF YOU CANNOT TALK TO THEM

Same old same old. How can they be stopped? So tired of their calls.

Guys you shold play the same game ... they called me many many times so i answered to know how's this (fuc...) calling me none stop... so it's agent called Gate Stone asking for mony that i owned to bell canada... damne... never never had a contract with bell canada... i gave a big [***] to the guy ... now it's a robot calling me every week with out any message... so nothing to do... good luck !

I get a call from this number several times a week.  It is very frustrating as it is an automated call

these people are really dumb, they can only say -when are you going to pay-. they got brain washed. can you imagine their kids growing up and just keep saying -when are you going to pay. I don't want to see the next generation.
people if they call, then call back to them and just say FFFFFF you and hang up. its a toll free # any way
