They called me too. What did they say.

Again they call.and say they are from world wide couriers and want to deliver a complaint to my job from a law firm. They cant answer any questions because they are just couriers and don't know anything else. They don't even know what law firm asked them to deliver anything...I think it's a scam because if u call 888 612 1485 number they just hang up on you

This company says they are called Corporate office? They will not give address out!I called a 2nd time to verify name of comany and they said they are called AFS?  Lady on phone says they are giving me a chance to rectify debt by letting go them call my job..says I'm being sued for theft? And DA is going to come to my job and serve me papers... and they will garnish my wages.. I have never heard from these people ever by mail and all this was said in one phone call...

they called me just now on private but left a vmail with this number says his name is Robert Garcia and he is calling for a Lori Ann Bryant (not me) because she is being sued even gave me a file number to reference.. says to call the firm back but did not say name of the firm and when i googled nothing came up..

They called my dad looking for me

Left a message on my voicemail intended for my daughter using her maiden name. She has never used my number. he talked very fast and purposely muffled his name and company name. Something about someone suing her.

This number is for complete scam artists. They say they are a switchboard for 16 different legal firms but when asked they will not give me the names of any of the supposed firms. Don't believe them and DO NOT GOVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!!

They called me last night, phone showed No ID so I didn't answer. They said it was regarding legal action for a person that is not me but we share the same maiden name. He repeated the name twice as for who they were trying to reach. Gave the 888-612-1485 number to call and a case number to reference. It sounded shady because no business name was ever listed just that a "pending litigation has been forwarded to my office for consideration". I didn't call them back.

said they was at my home to serve me today and said some one told them where i worked and some one call the job looking for me wanting me to sign some paper i was being sued ..no information of by who and for what he said the Law office of [***]  for Bowie County gave the number 888-612-1485 for me call back ... called a man answered said Corporate office

called said they was a Corporate Office  was told it was a Law Office of A.S.S. i never heard of this and  could not find it in the internet said i was being served but no reason to why? gave out a phone number 888-612-1485 and a case number and said the digits of my DL # ....called that number man answer said "corporate office on the line" it's a scam some want to try and collect or take and scare some one. he said it was a suite against me and nothing else ....

Called another number , I got message thjrough grape vine,  checked the number , called them , they would not tell me where they were located and  had threatened Police to the prior reciever   definited\\

they keep calling my boyfriend says he owes some debt from 10 or more years ago, and now they are calling my phone looking for him. How are they getting our phone numbers? They will not tell me who they really are and wont give me "3rd party information!"

Received the call and was asked if I would be home the following day because someone will come and serve some papers for me to sign.   supposedly I'm being sued for a complaint someone have filed against me... when dialed the 888-612-1485 it's an answering switch board for multiple companies, then he asked for a case number to transfer the call to. I thought a switch board would ask for the company name not a case number.

Called my sister who lives in a different state, said they were at her house to serve papers against me and that ifor I failed to contact them there would be a warrant issued for my arrest! Definitely just trying to scare people! SCAMMERS!

They left a voicemail on my phone saying I was being sued and this is the first attempt to rectify the situation they wouldn't give me any information of the law office and they tried to verify my social security number and they said they are called Ally Financial litigations once I called back I was on hold for over 10 minutes with 3 different people that asking for the same information I don't know if this is real

So they actually sent something to your place of employment? They called me today at 7:11am telling me same thing. They are couriers for Alliance and want to serve me papers but I have to call 888 612 1485. They will not answer any questions since they are just couriers apparently.

These [***] actually came to my job! My manager said I wasn't in so they left a number for me to call. When I called I spoke to one of the managers and they were able to help me out with knowing whats going on. I did not have to give them any info! they knew my address and my social and DOB ( this screams real because fake people would try to get my social, they already had it). I was able to solve the problem outside of court and they sent me all the necessary information in regards to the case! Called the DA office and was able to Verify and the business can be found on the secrtary of state website! . If you thinking reviews online make the company fake, try reading about Disney land then compare the two. have a good day

I call BS, you are probably working for them trying to scare all of us. I called a lawyer to check for any pending suits against my name and nothing was found.  If someone wants to serve a person papers, why call them to warn them? Wouldn't one just go and serve it without a warning? The fact that these people from Corporate or Alliance can't even say where they are calling from or where they are located or what original debt is a red flag! These people are trying to collect on time barred debt.. do not give them any info.

Plus who calls at 7am? Thar in itself is a violation.  No one can call before 830am? These people are crooks!
