Claimed to be a health insurance co. stated i had requested a quote, bogus,

I keep getting calls on my home phone and messages being left from this number.  Message left is from Dineen (?) from Secured Health and Life following up in regards to a health care quote I was looking into and that they have accepted and approved my application for immediate coverage.  I've have had health insurance for years and have not inquired anywhere for health coverage.  I call the number they leave for me to call back because they claim it's important I call them back.  I have been calling them back but it just rings busy.  They continue to call my home 2-3 times a day and leave voicemail messages to call back at a number that rings busy.  I need to put them on my do not call list ASAP and cannot get through on the number they leave 888-634-2584.  Extremely frustrating!!!
