They won't stop calling. I pay each month on time. They are a terrible company.

Comcast called tonight for a payment they claim is past due and may effect my service.  Hummmm, I am paid through March.  We go through this every month.  Guess I will go visit again tomorrow.

i cancelled my cable service recently. the bills are paid.
as i was talking to the customer service rep, the call was disconnected. the next day i got another call from the same number. i did not pick up and there was no message.
odd and annoying. i don't believe it is collection.

Naaaahhhh, that doesn't mean a thing.  Somebody a long time ago may have had your number, and Comcast is calling for THEM.  Or you may have had Comcast sometime ago, and that's why they're still calling.  I keep getting their collection calls too, even though I'm fully up-to-date on my account - however, about 6 months ago I was once late!

They call, rings one time, repeat, and repeat, and repeat. Have already talked with Comcast and made arrangement to pay bill, but they keep doing this call hang up thing. I called it back and got a recording that says 'no further action required' Is this for real? are these people 'really' getting payed to annoy the crap out of someone, even after arrangements for payment has been made. Then they want to play the game of not even talking when they call. Come on, give me a job like that.

this is comcast.. but i was late once, and each month i am unable to fully pay down to zero, so whenever my acct hits day 35 they call to remind me that i'm past due. even if i make arrangments they will continue to call, it's usually an automated dialer that just dials past due accounts, i asked one of my friends who works there.

It's Comcast harnessing me again. They didn't send last months bill so they could charge me a late fee. I paid earlier today but it must have not went through the system yet. I can't wait for Google Fiber.

I got call from this number too, and when I pick up the phone, it was just a message asked me to call back about my account.  It sounds like a scam. But after I checked my payment status, I realized I haven't paid them this month.  So the call is real, but in a bad way. They could have a better way to communicate with customers.

If this really is ComCast they should really learn how to leave a VM, I don't mind paying my ComCast bill but I don't answer calls that are not in the 801 area code, and I always return VMs, when left.

Keep getting this calls from this phone number from a Laurie Alexander and she keeps calling over and over again..Stop it.

Its Comcast,....If ever they are not paid before DUE date ,they will call.god forbid you got 1 day free viewing...they will call.The have so much to lose ya know.........Terrible delay and communication with there own billing department.  There head doesn't know what there tail is doing. If I didn't have so many tv's to service I would go satellite.

i dont even have an account with comcast never have i went from directv to epb and thats it... but i get a call from that number every day
