Received a call about a personal debt that I need to pay in order to avoid legal repercussions. That could include up to 2500 dollars in legal fees. Was told I had to get a debit card in order to pay off the debt. I asked if they could send an email with the information but was told that they couldn't.

Received a call from LMR and Associates for my father in law, who does not now nor has he ever lived with me.  They had left 2 messages.  I returned the call to let them know they have called the wrong number and to ask that they remove my number from their "list".  They asnwer the phone with "Can I help you"..no business name.  I explain the situation and give the account number they've left on my VM then the guy transfers me to another man.  This man is rude from the start.  Tries to tell me that my father in law (who I haven't spoken to in over 6 years) has used my address as a contact and that's why they are calling me.  When I call him out on that and say that's BS because my father in law has no idea where I live, the man starts screaming at me ..calling me a liar..telling me that I'm rude.  When I ask him to be respectful he screams louder.  I told him to not call my house anymore and hung up.  Very unprofessional.  Top it off with, I talked to this same man over 2 years ago.  Same situation..he was calling for my Father in law.  When I told him we didn't speak and I had no idea how to get ahold of him..he called me a liar and started screaming at me.  These people are ridiculous!!  I've filed a complaint with my AG's office for harrasement.
