They called my business and spoke to one of my employees who clearly stated they were unauthorized to make any purchasing decisions. They sent a package of crappy posters & stickers to my business under my employees name requesting $ 209.00. Now they have my home address and are harrassing me there and sending invoices for items that were never ordered. This has turned into a complete nightmare for me. And I don't know what steps I can take. I reported them to the BBB. But I'm still receiving invoices. I get the run around via voice mail when trying to call the business number on te invoices.

I don't know about you but I'm not paying their bill. Tried to send it back and they refused it. They want a re-stocking fee of 79.00 b.s.

They told us that it was mandatory and if we did not order this we would be turned into osha! So we ordered the first one ad paid it. Stupid us. One month later they called again and said the same thing but this was for a different package. We contacted the board of health and reported it but they will not give me a billing address or any information besides they need 85 to restock it! Im just sending it back in the mail and they can deal with it then! Also, they played a recording to me that was clearly changed! They need to be stoped!

I also got a phone call from 1.888.662.0555. They called me in Spanish! I speak Spanish. They told me that our company needed this kit. They made it sound as if we needed it to be in compliance with Osha. I think that very soon this company is going to go out of business. I still have the kit... unopened. I have read (as above) that they refuse to take the kit back. So, I am willing to give it back when they want to take it. It was probably made in China for less than $10 dollars. I have a company, and we charge a restocking fee of only 10%. My view is that restocking fee of a kit that is worth $10 dollars is only $1 dollar. But my time is worth more than $20 dollars an hour. So, for the time I have been on the phone, they actually owe me close to $20 dollars.
They call me once a month. They just told me that since I don't want to pay, that they are going to cancel my account. And I only need to pay $95 dollars for the cancellation fee!
Since they are just telemarketers, I keep asking them if they get a commission for this. Some times I tell them that is not good to work for a company like this. They (the telemarketers) probably don't even get paid.
I asked them if they have a website. They said that they are working in one. I don't think they have one. Surely they will go out of business and go to jail. I you have bought something from them you need to sue them to get your money back. This is just a SCAM.

I have received several calls from this number and they have harassed me everyday I open for business. They told me I needed a safety kit which cost me $439.00 and then they said I needed another kit which is $1018.00! I called to ask why this was necessary and they said they would give me a discount and it will be $518.00 in two payments. It seems very strange to me because they say they are with OSHA! I am being harassed by this company which presents itself as National Safety Supplies!

I received several calls from this num. 1-866-246-0085 and speaking Spanish to my business in Puerto Rico, I called they said that all businesses because they need the protective kit for H1N1 influenza and is federal requirement like OSHA. I researched and this is fraud!
