indian caller..keeps asking for pharmacy refill... annoying.. how do you stop them?

They keep calling me too. It's gotten so bad that they are calling my house 2-3 times a day and harassing me about more than medication. This one guy who calls himself "Jason Miller" that says he lives in St Peters burg, FL keeps talking dirty to me. The disgusting part is, I told him I'm 17! I was trying to disqualify myself from their list, but it didn't work, it only made matters worse!

They keep calling my cell phone every hour, nobody there when I pick up. Tried to call the number and got some smutty recording

I got four calls from this number today. I never answered any of them and they hung up before going to my answering machine.

Asked to be removed from calling list and calls tripled

Have been receiving calls from this number at all hours of the day and night without
solicitation.  I have told them to stop but they continue. They should be prosecuted for
harassment.

I keep getting calls from this same number 888-666-8080... sounds like someone who can't speak english... I YELLED at him to take me off the list. I get about 5-6 calls a day since I got my new phone. If someone finds out how to stop it, please reply...

I too have been receiving this calls, about three weeks now. They are from another country, asked them to take me off their call list, it didnt help. It got worst, up to two to three calls a day now. I have reported them to the DO Not Call list because I have been on the list of about eight years without receiving these types of calls. I asked them what company are they call from each time it differant, frist US Pharmacy, then CV something, Then SCV ect... and always what to send me some Meds. I have done many tricks in the book- like say No you have the wrong number, I speak no English, asked for their supervisor and told them that I have reported them..and they still called back. This last time I captured there number again with my phone company, and called my phone company. They took down my info and a Sercurity Personal is calling me Monday. At one time I asked how they got my number they said we have your info because you have a order- which is bull..I said then how are you calling me? they respones was by Computer Voice. Asked for their phone number, he said we dont have one. Then I told him that I have it and its 888-666-8080 and he should write it down because its been reported. Theses companys should be punished. These dirtbags just called my house and spoke to my underaged mentally challenged son and tried to get him to agree to accept a shipment of his "prescription refill".  Are you  flipping kidding me??  It is very evident to anyone who speaks to my son that he is mentally challenged, and I cannot believe that someone would be so unscrupulous as to do something like this.  Un-flipping-real!!!  When I tried to call back, the line rings once and hangs up.  Any company with an ounce of morals would never try to sell prescription medication to a 14-year old mentally challenged boy, and would never hide behind a false company.  Not only that, but "Steve" made fun of my child and laughed at him... he doesn't understand these things and just answered the phone while I was in the shower.  THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED!!

Yeah This guy keeps calling my CELL from this number trying to get my credit card number. I keep telling him that i dont even take meds and he keeps calling me. And you know the crazy thing you can call the number back and they will call you immediatly which shows they are not real!!!! Its really aggervating to me to know i pay for a cell phone every month and my number gets sold to someone  i cant even DOGG CUSS AWAY!!!

This started happening to me after I ordered a prescription on-line.  Essentially, the on-line pharmacies, which are suspect to begin with, sell your information to these creeps.  I've gotten tired of explaining to them that there are no "refills" for antibiotics!

yes  lets  all  file  a  complaint  with  the   FCC   they  wont  be  able  to  stop  a  thousand  complaints ;

I received a call from this company today, stating they were CVS, with a longer name, which proves their not CVS because there isn't a longer name for this company.
They said they wished to speak to me about my prescriptions, which is illegal due to the HIPA law.  
I told them that if they called back again I would press charges for harassing phone calls.  
I proceeded to file a complaint with the FCC about them, as well as the Joint Commission, later I will be filing a complaint with the consumer product safety commission.  
This needs to be documented, not talked about on this website.  The longer it is put off, the more things they get away with.  The HIPA law protects people from this type of problem, it is ILLEGAL to ask any persons information about their medications or occurring medical problems unless they are your medical physician.

They can be, if they call your phone more than 2 times and you've said you do not want them to call you again you can call the police and file a harrassment charge.

These drug dealers are operating off-shore, so it doesn't matter who you attempt to report them to, they can't be stopped from calling. They constantly change numbers and refuse to stop calling, no matter how nicely you ask.

I stopped answering calls from phone numbers I don't recognize on Caller I.D. years ago. I give them one chance to leave a voicemail (just in case it's a legitimate call) and if they don't or it's a call from drug dealers or other perverts, I then block their number.

When it's an "unknown caller," I pick up the phone and don't say anything. If nothing else, I'm wasting the time of the jerk on the other end of the phone. Once, a guy repeated over and over, "How rude!"

I guess he didn't like having his day interrupted. Eventually the calls stop, but start up again a couple of weeks later from a different phone number.

The person they ask for doesn't live here and never has for the 20 years I've had this phone number. They won't stop calling, so I won't waste my time by speaking with them.

It doesn't matter if you are on the Do Not Call list and these perverts ignore HIPAA and every other applicable U.S. law and agency. As long as you answer and phone and talk to them, they've won. Wasting their time is the only solution other than changing your phone number.

I get a phone call from this number at least 5 times a day.  I added an application on my phone called "Do Not Disturb" and I added this number to the Blocked Numbers List.  Now the calls are just ended w/o my having to hear the phone ring or do anything.

It is extremely frustrating and I have talked to Verizon Wireless and they advised the only thing that can be done is either pay them a monthly fee for Blocked Numbers or put the "Do Not Disturb" app on my phone.

THEY NEED TO STOP CALLING!

Tell Verizon that if they don't block the number at THEIR cost, you will drop them and go with another carrier.  Maybe that will work.

This guy harasses our office daily. We have caller ID but this is the number that shows up. Phone company says to call police. Police say there is nothing they can do.
