It's silly!  You'd think Xcel would be able to tell from my utility bill that I don't have air conditioning and so no reason to get on the summer savings plan.  Waste of my time and theirs.

I called back and added my number to the do not call list too, very easy

Got 2 calls today from Xcel Energy.  Funny part is that they called me at work.  I work for Xcel Energy.  Here is a company that knows how to spend their customers money wisely.
