Like a few others said, it was Verizon confirming an online password change.

Why would this be Verizon?  This is what they say on answering machine. Also say a change in email and to return a call to them at another number.

Kept calling every 10-15 minutes on certain days like a stalker. Won't leave msg on machine.

It's definitely Verizon.  They called me as soon as I reset my online password to verify it.  This is one call I didn't mind getting!

why would verizon call with an unknown number?

I received a call from the phone number at 7:30 pm at night.  Verizon would not be calling business customer to verify
a password change on their email account.  They probably are searching for information to steal your information.
