A dozen calls from 224-222-8005 starting early this morning, every hour or so. Runaround when I ask them to stop. They are asking for someone who I've never heard of. They do not care that they have the wrong number. One person gave me this number to call: 888-694-6909. Calling that number sounded like the same bunch. They told me they are "Chase Bank" which I find hard to believe. Unable to speak with any manager or get anyone's name.

I got a call from 888-649-6909 which was answered by another member of my household.  The caller said he was from Chase Bank, but would not give my family member any other information and told me to call back at that number.  When I called back, there were none of the trappings of a professional answering service.  What I heard was a scratchy, ramshackle sounding recording that said "This call will be monitored"  followed by the sound of the recording turning off.  Without any transfer someone with a strong Indian accent immediately began to question me.  At that point I hung up, because something definitely seemed off.  

Based on all my other interactions with banks and professional services in the past, this call really seems like a scam.   My best advice would be don't give them your information.

That number (888-694-6909) is a valid number for Chase Bank Credit Card Division, they called my  elderly mother and were asking about her payment and stuff.So I called a friend of mine who is a manager at the Chase Bank here in town.She ran the number through her system and it was the credit card division.(late payment division).That all I know,so take it with a grain of salt,just thought I'd voice my experience

No it's not. It's not listed ANYWHERE on the Chase Website. Besides, every time I've ever gotten a legitimate call from Chase, they always say JP Morgan Chase, NOT Chase bank. I wouldn't give any info to someone using a number other than those.

I can't find that number on the Chase website either. Do you have a link to area of the Chase website to confirm this is really Chase?

In my situation, I have been getting calls mulitiple times a day from 847-488-3003 and tonight is the first time a message was left.  The person was nearly mumbling and speaking so fast I had to replay the message several times to get the number he told me to call.  He claimed to be calling from "Chase Card Services" and that he had some important information that he thought I might need.

The number he asked me to call was 888-694-6906. The legitimate calls I have received from credit card companies and banks typically leave return numbers that are the same as those they call from, or the number at least matches the one on the back of the card.

But if someone can provide a link on the Chase website, then I would love to see it.

This # had called me several times over the past week, finally, I called back. A guy answered and couldn't tell me why he was calling.. but asked me if I would give him my social security # to find out if he could find me in the system.  Then when i refused to do that, he said he was from Chase bank and wanted my debit card #.  I just laughed at him and asked him if he was nuts and hung up.

Keep getting calls from this number. The leave VM stating that they are Chase Card Services. I called my local personal Chase banker and the told me EVERY CALL IS LOGGED in their system, and there was NO RECORDS OF THESE CALLS and thus are NOT FROM CHASE.

that is chase collections calling on a late account

This is Chase Credit Card. I took my auto pay off and forgot to reset it so I was late on a payment. Someone called me from this # to remind me. Nice Lady. She reversed a late fee for me and set up auto pay again. If they are calling you its because they believe you have a card with them and there may be issues with it.

Some how they called my cell phone which I do not give out how did they get my cell
