Innocent people getting harassed by this ficticious company by the name of Bureau Crime Investigation or BCI.  This is a typical SCAM by thugs.  We are watching you BCI

BCI -they have call 4 times so far

they have started to call and leave messages that my name and social security # are being investigated and that if i dont return the call this is my last chance they are sending it to the local authorities.  can barely understand them and they pronounce name horrendously.  they are scams  this person's name was Brad Nelson (888-708-8647); Michelle Williams (954-657-9778); Justin ? Wood (818-337-3042).  All have deep Indian or foreign accents and all say the same.  I dont answer these numbers but they leave messages.  I believe that they are all scammers. Nothing is ever sent in writing.  SCAM BIG TIME.  Agree with retired Cop.

Received this message on my cell phone voicemail this afternoon. They called from a blocked number. I see from other posts they are associated with a check cashing establishment. I've been getting tons of calls from different collection companies, and keep telling them that they have reached the wrong number. I do not know this person they are calling for, and have told them to stop calling me several times. Pretty shady, that they call from different numbers so I have to file complaints numerous times for each different number! I've been blessed to never have needed the services of a check cashing place, and will be staying FAR away from them, now that I know some of their deceptive tactics.



"This message is intended for [First & Last Name]. Hi, [First Name] my name is (inaudible), and I’m calling you from Bureau of Crime Investigation. The very second you receive this message, I need you or your (recent/retained?) attorney (inaudible) to return the call (inaudible) is extremely time-sensitive. My name is (inaudible), and the hotline to my direct division is 888-708-8647. I repeat, it’s 888-708-8647. Do not try and disregard this message, and return the call as soon as possible. Now, [First Name], if you don’t return the call, or I don’t hear from your attorney, either, the only thing I can do for you is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you, and you will be the soul responsible for further legal consequences. So take good care of yourself and call me on my number before it’s too late. Again, my call back number is 888-708-8647. Do not disregard this message, and return the call as soon as possible, otherwise, you might be in the deep trouble."

They have been calling me for about 3 weeks and say the same thing that everyone else here has mentioned. I just ignore their calls. Something about a pay day loan that I didnt apply for.  Creepy to know that someone may have my SSN.

THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN HARASSING ME SAYING I HAVE PENDING CHARGES ON ME FOR ,TAX FRAUD BANK FRAUD AND INTERNET FRAUD! THEN THEY ASK IF YOU WANT TO SETTLE ON PHONE I SAID NO TAKE ME TO COURT THEN BECOUSE IVE DONE NOTHING WRONG! THE THEN GIVE FAKE COURT DOC NUMBERS THAT WERENT REAL ONES! THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE STOPPED!

I just got a call from this Company as well I asked them the corperate address of there company & everytime the hang up LOL bunch of scammers

i have been harrassed with calls giving me warninga about checks formanouther banks and that they even have my ss # they are harrassment continuiously for money and fraud and they wioll goto my employers.  Making threats  to me if i don't work something out they will go to my work and claim the moneies that they feel they are intitled to. They even have my spocial security # Scamm they just wont quit calling and they even called me liar . Beware !!!!j

They just called at my place of employment looking for an employee and then insisted on speaking with a manager. They said they are BCI Bureau of Crime Investigation and that our company will be shut down immediately due to complaints about the employee. They even gave a case number and this phone number to have a manager call back. They call was very suspcious because the man was nasty, unprofessional and had a very heavy Indian accent.

Just recieved a message from these people about and hour and a half ago. said that it was from a Jenny Cooper with and indian accent telling me that i need to call them back.

These people are thugs! Call my work 20 times a day harassaing me and my employers. They say I owe an online payday loan,which I don't. Im thinking of filing a police report....I don't know how to stop these calls! I'm desperate.....

They are very nasty! Have been calling me since last week.

Called and left me several voice mails. I called back and they said that criminal charges are being filed against me. I asked them in what state and county are these charges filed and they started to say that I needed to call back with my attorneys information or they would file charges in the next 10 minutes! LMAO. They wouldn't respond to any of my questioning of them. Do not allow these people to harass and scam you. I'm going to look into filing complaint with the FBI to investigate these international terrorists.

This so called Frank Hudson has been calling for months leaving a message that I was under investigation.  Today after leaving a message on my cell he called the work phone and I told him not to call anymore and hung up.  He immediately called back and the manager answered again and told him not to call back as this was a business line and he said he didn't believe she was the manager.  After the manager hung up he called an additional 8 times.  I've submitted this info to a law firm who said they would sue and collect the legal fees from them and I could get as much as $1000. from them as well...the lawyers can have that too if they just get these flakes to stop the harassment.

Received a call and when told him it was wrong number and to stop calling he hung up on me

Just a heads up to everyone out there experiencing problems with people from the 888-708-8647, these people called me 5 times yesterday on my cell and work phone, they are threatening things they cannot do to you. I run a collection agency for a living and they are violating almost every FDCPA Law out there....this is a scam do not give them anything...here are some things you can do to help stop them.....call your local police department and get a police report on file.....next call your local BBB and let them know what is going on....also call the FTC and make a report with them they are already working on doing something about this also you can put a temp freeze on your credit report so that no one can steal your identity....HELP STOP THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Iam also getting these calls like everyone is describing its really annoying. I tried to apply for a payday loan online and got denied I think that's how they got my number and info. Iam told to ask for a frank hudson or raymond Scott. Said they wanted me to pay by debit card with a promise letter faxed to them or go to Walmart and get a prepaid credit card but don't activate it until they tell me what to do. Has any one gotten any answers yet?

Once you tell them you are calling the Better Business Bureau they hang up, I had went through this B.S. months back, switched all my phone #'s and any personal info I could because I already went through identity theft and wasn't about to go through this again...can't change work # obviously, so I continued to call them over and over again today...but once I said i've called the B.B.B. they kept hanging up on me .....this is total b.s. I've reached my fill of this losers......
