Ally Financial Previously GMAC

Received two messages this morning within 20 minutes of each other.  Other offenders are:

This Ally Financial (formerly GMAC.)  I spoke to them 8:30 am my time. This was the second call this a.m.  I spoke to them previously 06/01/11 asked for extension of car payment. Individual said okay and told me what to do.  Then I get letter stating I owe other part of the car payment. I said, no, I don't, I have extension. I was told I would receive a document to sign, and no document came.  Really? I will check.  Later another phone call - today.  You have extension?  Yes, I have extension. Okay, I will send this in.  I told them I had an extension since 06/01/11.

Informed themI have written correspondence to Minnesota office.  (ALWAYS DOCUMENT WHEN, WHERE, HOW MUCH, ETC.) I was reading my notes. I received another call this afternoon (4 p.m.)  I called back and told her I was going to report this to my Attorney General and that I had written to Minnesota Offices. She said she would take care of this IMMEDIATELY. I am not late with my car payment.  They did not do their job.  I have done this previously on occasion and have had no problem.
