Called left a message with my daughter.  Said his name was Mr. Polina (sp?) and asked her to have me call back right away as it was URGENT.  Gave a file # and this 888 #.  I called and they asked who they were speaking with.  After saying my first name, I stopped and asked who I was speaking with.  They would only say First Source (would not give a personal name).  I asked what First Source was.  He said that "we do lots of things from this office.  Due to federal regulations, we cannot disclose information to third parties."  Then, they asked for Ann Julie - we've never heard of this person and as far as I know, no one by that name ever lived in this house.  He said they would remove our number.  Really weird; I will report again if called.

called my work place and left a message for me with file number. I returned call and they did not know what I was talking about.

This is a collection agency.  They call anyone with the same name as the bad debtor they are working on.  They harrass you.  If you are not the person they are looking for, ignore them, do not give them any information.  They even have the nerve to ask you for your social security number saying they want to make sure you are not who they are looking for and this is the only way to clear your name!

You know what?  Capping gets you NO WHERE!  If you are a disgruntled debt collector, you are entitled to an opinion however calling ALL debtors deadbeats is just plain WRONG.

You collectors frequently BULLY people into making payments that they simply CANNOT to do just to stop your calling.  I agree that it isn't considered harassment when one is called by a debt collector but they do work in a harassing way.  Period.

If you treat your contact the same way you have written your statement on here then you deserve to have people be nasty to you.

As far as, to quote you:  debtors are "Robbing a Bank", while that statement does have some truth to it, Banks on the other hand are LOAN SHARKING.  Face it, the bank has it made no matter what.  30% interest because one is late on ONE payment is just plainly that: LOAN SHARKING.  Banks WANT people in debt so they make a tidy profit.  They were the boneheads who got SOME, not ALL of the economy the way it is today.

If you ever contacted me and talked to me in the way you did here, I'd IMMEDIATELY contact your supervisor.  

By the way:  It's "Fairy Tale"  NOT "Ferry Tail" you ignoramus.  Every read a book?  It's collectors like yourself who make others who are truly trying to help debtors look bad.

I have news for you Mr. MBA, that is if you truly have one, I DO pay ALL of my bills on time and I also work full time.  I suspect that YOU are the one sitting on the couch collecting MY hard earned tax money or the finance charges on my bills.  I never place blame for something I have done.  I TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM, unlike YOU who adds to hostility.

What you typed wasn't a typo, that was a true misspelling and a true sign of your ignorance also a sign that you are one of those people that makes other collectors look bad.  Maybe YOU should find other employment, but then again, with an attitude like you have they wouldn't hire you so I see YOU bumming on the street.  I also suspect that YOU are in debt yourself and take your anger out on others because of the position YOU are in.

Think of it this way, if it wasn't for deadbeats YOU'D be on Welfare and begging for money.  Your bank executives are the ones who screwed the MAJORITY of it this economy up.  I didn't say ALL.  I guess you don't know how to read.  That's sad.  I actually pity a person like yourself.

I am being harassed from an agency called FirstSource Advantage. I don't know who they are nor who they represent. I tried to send them a "cease and desist" e mail but the e mail address comes up as illegal.  Beware of a forceful conniver who goes by the dubious name "Christian". Don't give out any information. Your own creditors should send you the issue personally in writing.  Remember there is only a one letter difference between scam and scum

i also got this 888 741 8896 call me many time to harass me too....they weirds...get a life those who harass people..stop calling people ...i hate that...they meant too...

creditors are p ussys! They didn't go to college and they are stuck hating life making $6.00 an hour so they want to spread their weak pathetic hate towards the world by being annoying and calling people over and over again in the hopes to make the company they work for big $$$ instead of being smart and opening their own company  lol  Weak @ssholes is all they are!
