called left a message ,  Name was Tina and was a proviate locator and had received a fax today,had 2 formal compliants againts my name and social, would like a signature and to ask questions,if wanted to contact complaint directly gave ph#888-749-7725 could contact directly. but had no choice but to bring papers to my job or home. since unable to speak to directly consider myself notified, Good luck.

Received a call from an unknown number.  A man named Martin Yeung,  stated he had received a fax showing 2 pending charges against my name and gave the last 4-digits of my social security number.  Said that he didn't feel that at least one of the charges was quite valid but that I must contact him today or the legal department would require that he send out their locators to serve me with papers regarding my court date.  Left me a call back number of 1-888-749-7725 ext. 644.

Honestly, I believe this call is a scam, because I have no outstanding bills, and no legal issues.

Received a call from an unknown number.  A lady named Bridget Sanford with the Liaisons Office said she received a fax showing two pending complaints from NCA against my name and gave the last 4-digits of my husband's social security number.  She said I have to call 888-749-7725 or else they would send out process servers to my house or place of business to serve me with papers about my court date.  

This is obviously a scare tactic.

Got a call today just like this.  I don't have out standing debts. How did they get my that last for digets of social securtiy number.  Well they can go ahead and mail it .  They said its about a check.  I don't write checks hmmmmm.

I got a phone call from someone in my city and when i called the number they said they were located in NY. They also said they dont make out going calls. I dont know if this is true but i would know if i was talking to a yankee. Im from southern texas and they dont talk like us down here. they seem real to me and paying off the payday loan that i took out was right on time. I have been paying off my dept and i acually was able to settle for less than i previously recieved. If you ask me they were a blessing. i save a couple hundred dollars and i payed it off with my tax money insted of one of my paychecks with is important to a single mother like me.

This is another group of bottom feeder payday loan collectors that use illegal tactics to try and collect on possibly invalid or out of stat debts. For all those reading this: DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED. You cannot be arrested for a civil matter. They did away with "debtor-jail" a long time ago. This company probably isn't even licensed to collect in your state. Call their bluff and it only angers them or they hang up on you. If you owe a debt, contact the original creditor directly. You don't have to be bullied, threatened, or harassed into helping people like this get a bonus check.
