This is a collection agency- Federal Processing Services, they will setup payment plans and then not follow through on taking the money.  And then when you tell them this is their error they get an attitude and want their money IMMEDIATELY.   DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS!!!!!

They are NOT Debt collectors! File a complaint with the FTC and general attorneys office! They are a scam! They are not collecting a debt!

Received a call from this company stating I owe them money and if  I did'nt pay it would be a felony on my record not sure if this is true?

I have been recieving phone calls from yesterday morning telling me that I will be arrested for bank fraud. They say they are working with the federal procecutors and if I dont pay by the end of the day I will be arrested. They wanted my credit card # and id code on the back and If I paid it now it would all go away. Also when I asked for documentation I was told he was not obligated to provide me with that information and I said well then I guess im not obligated to pay you. I contacted my bank to see if this was a legit company and they advised me not to give them any information. They were not affilated with this company and did not know who they were. So today I have filed a complaint with the FTC, so please folks I strongly suggest you do the same. They are also using an address out of a UPS store in Williamsville, NY.

I got the same call person name Mr.Wolf the said the from the US Federal Processing Service. I told them I give u my lawyer information so the could call him and talk the hang up.

I was informed by two different people today that I was being investigated for bank fraud. If I settled now it would all  go away otherwise I would end up in jail owing thousands of dollars. I have not spoken to either one of these people in many years . This is a fraudulent company DO NOT deal with them turn them into to the BBB as I will do in the morning. The person who callled trashing me was named Thomas Pane from Federal Processing Services.

These people are predators, they claim that you have a debt (more than 5-6 years old) and demand payment.  They claim that the original creditor is CASHNET, do not give them any information!  Report them!  They try and obtain money by putting fear into people to give them information and credit card numbers.

The man I spoke with was Mr. Wolf.  He was very rude.

I also received a call from a Kimberly Carter from Federal Processing- these people keep calling me every day saying that i am being investigated for Bank Fraud.. they did ref a case No. - and that i need to call them by the end of the day to answer some questions and if i dont i would face charges- they say to go to the nearest Police Dept and turn myself in. These people are crazy!

did anything come about this?  he called me today at work.
several weeks ago an anisha fox called me and said i had three counts of felony charges that would be brought against me, if i did not pay 500.00 by that monday. then that monday they called my job and pretended to be a clerk at the county court house, well i went to the court house and that was a lie there was no lissa fisher there. today a mr wolfe called me and said he was a federal agent and he was trying to resolve this matter without having to go to court or have me arrested.

i never even received a payday loan from them, so i am not sure how they even got my information.
but they are relentless thank god i work for a ma and pa place so i could explain the phone calls.

Does anyone know their address. They have called from a Dallas,TX area code and the 888 no. But wen I google them they are from Williamsburgh,NY? I want to send them a certified letter but they wont gv me their correct info!  Cowards!

I got a call today from "Federal Process Services".  It was a woman named Carla Chase.  She was telling me the info they had.  They had my ssn, the names of two people I knew, and where I worked 7 years ago.  I asked them to mail me some documents certified mail and she got upset and put her supervisor on.  His name is Frank Wolf.  They wanted my banking info or a debit or credit card number.  I was put on hold, then I hung up.  I reported to State Attorney General.
