Has been calling my office a lot lately have have become more and more rude and combative.  They keep saying something about an account we have open with them that we need to settle.  They won't tell us what the account is for just that we need to settle it ASAP.

I keep receiving these calls on my cell phone and when I do not answer, someone leaves a message advising that by not disconnecting the call (how can someone if you are talking to voice mail?), you are acknowleging that you are that person. So of course, they keep calling. This is ridiculous as I have received 8 calls from them within 5 hours!!!!!

this # has called my house multiple times during the past few days and has now contacted my grand mother who lives more than 300 miles away from me and is making her concerned for my well being. if they what to talk to me they can contact my attorney

Called me at my work number.  Said his name was Mr. Halifax and that it was very important that I call this number. He was not rude, yet. I have asked and demanded of them (all this type of caller) that I get no calls at work.  Now I have lost my job, no doubt in part due to the calls, and there have been many. I enjoy the knowledge that my phone at home is disconnected and they can't call me as long as I have no phone.

they keep calling me at my work number, i can't answer the calls, so who ever answers they get very upset, because they have other things to do. I wish they could stop harrassing me.

I have legally filed for bamkruptcy and this number has been clearly advised of that!! and I am still receiving calls! they have also just sent pages to my phone advising me to call them, I will definitly be taking this up in court!!! They are rude and relentless!

Junk debt buyer, buys zombie debt as a 3rd party junk debt collector.  Many debts past statute of limitations.  Get educated on your rights!  Send them a debt validation letter, make them prove they have a legal right to call you and if they call after you tell them to stop, report them to the FTC for violations of the Fair Debt Practices Collection Act, AND file a complaint with the state attorney generals office in your state, as well as your state collection agency licensing board.  They MUST prove they own the debt before they can collect it!  DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE BOOGEY MAN!

Check your credit report, if they are on there with an inquiry they have violated the PINTOS decision, REPORT THEM TO THE FTC!
