Something about how my Mastercard debit card was being deactivated .. I didn't listen long, since I was in the car. Both my Mastercard accounts are up to date, and neither of them are debit cards.

I got a phone call from them saying about my Mastercard. I hung up then tried again and the automated speaker said something about housing for seniors. I'm not a senior and my card is still active. It asked for my card number at which moment I hung up.

Just got a call from this number - my debit mastercard was deactivated?  Never had one!  This is a phishing scam - they are trying to get you to enter your credit or debit card number.

I just received a call from 888-771-2415 regarding my Wells Fargo credit card being deactivated.  This is definitely a phishing scam.

Just follow my one simple rule to avoid scams of this sort, whether they be via telephone or computer:

“Never give your personal information to ANYONE THAT CONTACTS YOU!”

Scam call and they want my MC #. I don't have a master card!!!

just got a message about a Debit card at Wells Fargo ....someone is fishing for California account holders at various banks.  I hung up.

Got a call from them at 9pm! Said my Wells Fargo credit card had been deactivated (I don't even have a Wells Fargo bank account nor a credit card). Needless to say I hung up.

Call claiming my Mastercard was deactivated and saying I had to talk to a representative to get it turned back on.  Failed to identify what "card" they were calling about and was an obvious scam to get account numbers and information
