This Jeff Diaz has called my house twice and said I have a civil case but does not identify with who.  I stated he would be serving papers to my home and employment, tomorrow, November 10, 2010, if I do not comply and call him back.  What bogus operation is this?!

I got the same message earlier today said that I will get served on 11/18/10 if I do not contact them. They do not give you any information what's it's for. It's definitely BOGUS! when were you apparently supposed to be served?

This number called a family member's house in Maine. I had already personally paid for the debt this person was calling about. I have documentation to prove it. We paid $1170.00 dollars a year ago. Now this new company who are debt collectors have it inflated to twice that amount. This is bogus..selling debts to companies who sell them to companies and feed off our fear and then do not report that the debt has been paid?!?!?!??! Everyone should keep their documentation as clear as possible. I have emails that prove I paid. Disrupting people's lives with threats of jail and so on is abusive and against good business practices. They are bullies. Most legitimate collection agencies will deal with you reasonably...beware these callers called themselves the Federal Debt Collectors. Nice huh?

I called this number back and talked to some uneducated guy who was most likely high on drugs. It was about a payday loan that was included in a bankruptcy two years ago. He told me I still had to pay or I would go to jail! I'm pretty sure that is illegal.

I don't know who this people are.  Iwant the calls to stop.

These folks have recently harassed me over a payday loan I never took out. They call repeatedly, threaten to "serve me papers", and take me to court. I have filed complaints with the Dept of Justice and the FTC. I would encourage everyone who has a similar encounter with them to do the same. Yes these people are the scum of the earth, and they call everyone in your family and where you work. The man that called me was Larry Waters. He gave the same spill that he had papers on his desk and unless he heard from me today that he would be out to serve them to me at my home or at work on Monday March the 7th. But he call my mother and told her the same thing so who is he serving paper to and for what. What a horrible stupid lie. Both these messages were left on voice mail. I am total clueless as to what unpaid bill he is talking about.  I think they just want to scare folks into giving them credit card number or a bank account number and clean you out. I would not every call them and forget what ever lie they are telling you.

really tired of theze guy callin me saying to call this number and have them call himback so he wouldnt come serve me sum papers and he said i owe a loan and i never had a loan, I dont even know how to fill out for a loan or who to ask for a loan, i never had the money so i told him but he keeps callin saying hes coming to my job and i don't have a job and i told him and he said he's coming to my house to bring me some papers and i'm telling him that's a BIGGGG mistake. i dont' owe nobody so he had better leave me alone and stop blogging down my from and my girl can't call me cause he calling all the time, i'm gettin tired of him and hoping and wishin he come to my house and like i said that's a big mistake NO trespassing

some guy posing as a process service called me over 10 times saying i needed to call 888-778-6049 to make payment arrangements with a loan i had and i said no and he said i will be service you a paper at ur home or jobe if u don't call.  i said to guy to come bring me tha papers it is ok to bring me tha papers then he said i will bring them on Munday, march 21 btween 12:00 oclock and 5:00 oclock and now its a week later and no man come with papers but the creep is still callin and i still tell him to come
i will not call 888-7788-6049 for no negoitiation cause i have paid all my bills and nothing outstandin so they tell lies, can some one tell me why the man don't come on with the service papers whats that about causin he cant make me call nobody

This is a big scam, I got the same type of calls for weeks and then I finally told them to come serve me and I looked forward to it so I could see you was trying to scam me and they guy said ok, I'll see you tomorrow between 2:00 and 5:00. He never showed.............BIG SCAM, BEWARE.
