I received a mesage from this phone number with a reference number asking for someone whom I have no relation for. I called them back to tell them they have the wrong phone number. I was transferred 3 times then i gave the reference number to a lady. She refused to tell me how she got my number just that concern was reagrding an estranged relative, my biological father who is a convicted sex offender. I got upset and demanded to know how he got my number and what this was about and she said "ma'am you are upset because your father has your phone number?" That's when I lost it and told her that I was very upset that he has it becasue i do not have a reslationship with him? and she said "you mean to tell me you don't talk to your own father? and I said No because he is a convicted sex offender and I am baffled and upset that he has this number to give out. so i want to know why you have my number and what this was about she repeatedly asked me if I need medical attention and I said No but she said she would have to terminate the call!! I can't believe that!

I was called by 888-787-0933 - but the call was for my son who does not live here and who has had his own number for over eight years.  A woman identified the company as "Capital Management Services" and that they were a debt collection service.  I called my son and he assured me that he owed no one any money.  The caller also stated that if you hand up, you identify yourself as NOT the caller for whom the message was intended.  Well, that function doesn't work if the caller is in voice mail mode.  I guess I wait until the inevitable next call to answer and hang-up before the call goes into voicemail.

These bill collectors - most are phoney - seem to be increasing in number and frequency.  The government needs to regulate these unsolicited calls.

Not sure who this is, but I have been sick and they call early in the mornings and wake me up. I need my rest and if this keeps up I may need to call an attorney.
