Don't worry they will forge some bills and get an affidavit from someone at CitiCrop Credit services Inc (by contract and under agreement) to swear all kinds of generic things.  They have personal knowledge of everything but didn't get the account until 6 months ago.

An attorney will take it for $5k retainer, and $25k after the summary judgement.

No they don't even have a license in WA where they slither.

Try the AG, FTC, OTCC, Bud hibbs, and robert paisola (for $200 he will abuse Issac for you).

In short get a lawyer, get one NOW because even if you don't owe it, it is past SOL, or you want all motions in court summarily deigned.

Liars and jerks.  I tried to work something out with them but they refused to return calls so we got nowhere.  Then they garnished my wages.  Went to court, and their "lawyer" lied and said I'd never tried to contact them and...they won.  How these people get by with this crap is beyond me.  I read in the paper that last month a guy took an axe to their front door, for real.  It is Suttell & Hammer.  Don't trust them at all is my 2 cents. 888-788-8355.

Crooks & scammers who should be in prison. Lawyer up and fight them. They apparently sued me, but I was never notified or served any papers. No legal process whatsoever.

They don't respond to phone calls, visits, certified mail, or validation requests. Every few months or so they change their name, restructure, and move to a new office. These guys are systemically perpetrating fraud against the state of Washington and it's citizens. I'm surprised no one has tried to take them out yet.

called me and i didnt answer. i let my voice mail answer. when i checked my voice mail after they called, all there was, was the sound of them hanging up the phone. how they got my cell phone number i'll never know except for the fact that it might have been sold to them via the internet. that would be my only other guess...

called my number for someone I've never heard of(auto-call), then asked me to press # to talk to them.
I pressed it, so I could get my number removed from their system, since they've called me a few times in the last week.
I sat on hold for 15 minutes, before the line hung up on me. Really goddamn annoying. I'm just going to block the number, because I'm not sitting on hold again just so I can be hung up on.

does anyone have a good lawyer that has won against them? I would like to know someone. M jusdoingr8@aol.com

Suttel and Hammer got a writ of garnishment againts me even though I was never served with anything, they are horrible people and will not work with anyone.  Why do judges sign their paperwork? Have they been investigated?  , someone needs to stand up against them

Suttell & Hammer does what they are suppose to do. They are hired by creditors OWE money too. Friends of mine, the firm set them up with a payment plan when they KNEW they did not pay the debt owed. Face it as my friends stated, they owe back money borrowed. Its was not free. Suttell & Hammer is just doing the job and accept it. MONEY IS OWED back to the creditors. IT WAS NEVER FREE. My friends learned a lesson with credit.

i was served with paper work the guy that served it showed up in a old blue police car with no FRONT BACK OR TEMPORARY license plates we live in WA, state can they take me to court for collection? they have no collection license for wa, state what Chould i do about this?
