I just received a call from my cell today.

Just called my cell. When i picked up there was some noise / music but noone would talk to me so i hang up.

This guy has called me 30 times in the last two days. Some kind of marketting outfit

recieved a call, left no message, it just says an unknown name

I too am being harassed "numerous" times by this phone listing, 888-804-1698 , needs to stop, putting a Verizon tracer on tomorrow!!!

The number 888 804-1698 has called four times already (by mid morning). I couldn't understand the first person and hang up.(India) The next caller says "We are calling due to your interest from our online survey.  We offer help with a "home based business" (or something).  You are out of work, yes?  We can help you. I say "how did you get this number" they say "you filled out our online form" I say "I did not, put this number on your do not call list".  They hang up.  They gave a couple different company names, but I'm sure its a scam.  I never give out my number.  We'll see how many more times I get the call.

I know where it came from. www.online6reports.com. I did fill in the information but never hit order and have gotten 2 calls in the last 30 minutes.

ooooh, I did the same thing.  I didn't think they'd get my info because I didn't submit, but they did....hm....

online6reports is a SCAM site...all ye be warned :)

This number has called my house line asking for me multiple times in the last 2 days; however, it seems that they are confused by an answering machine, as every time I have let it go to the machine, they have tried to have a conversation with it...in my experience, that is not how professionals behave...SCAM!!

I see the do not call phone # don't work very well.

8 calls today, no one speaks or leaves a message when I'm not here. It's getting old. The last call was at 9:40 pm.

yes it  is a complete SCAM !!! they called me as well ( men with indian accent ) and proposed me a home based business  managed from a company called " Direct Commerce Accademy ". They told me i would work for a company called " home profit center"  . I did my search online while talking to them an asking them a lot of questions and found out it is a total scam!!!
be also aware of this # 877 315 0745....are the same people.

I had just received a call from 888-804-1698. I could hardly understand the man with the Indian accent who said his name was John Matthews. He said that I had been to a website for "Direct Commerce Academy" @ www.thedirectcommerceacademy.com. He wanted me to give him my credit card number for $1.97 for a trial membership of a home business of just pasting links for $50.00 a day. His contact number for me to call for any questions is 1-877-304-1477 ext. 908. I looked online and determined it to be a scam.

i am out here two tell every body do knot give these peopple your cell number home phone they are a joke scamartist the guy i talked to said we will send you 100dollar gift card and 100walmart card free of charg be very very carfull #1-888-804-1698

This number called my home 10 times in a row! I refused to pick it up. On a holiday I might add!

i signed up 9-7-2010, and now i can't get or find the website how do i cancel asap.

Look online Direct Commerce Academy.My advise is cancel or put a stop payment on whatever you used to pay these people.They do not give refunds, will give you the run around and rufuse to give any kind of information about them selves.Because they are only in the business of stealing.Good Luck.I have filed a complaint with the BBB

Here's a great IDEA:
Use PrankDial.com to fix their butt!  I've been using this over and over since I found it.  My daughter showed it to me one day and I quickly found a use for the site.

You use their number if you can to call back on with PrankDial and use any number you want to show who's calling them.  You can even record them speaking to the pre-recorded message if they answer at the other end... It works GREAT, I Love It!  You get to the point where you get sick and tired of these idiots calling... so why not pull one on them?  There are a few pre-recorded messages for you to choose from, even a fax machine!  

And I am not advertising for this web site, I just find it very useful to get back at the dim witts who call.

Try it out, trust me it works, and is even fun to try out on your friends.  You can even record them answering the calls.  PrankDial dot Com if you want to give it a try for yourself.
