This phone has been calling and harassing both myself and my 86 year old mother, regarding supposed claims against my daughter.  My daughter is 27 years old and we are NOT in contact with her and have not been for 5-6 years.    This individual states that his name s Ray Alvarez and he is an independent contractor who operates a "people finder" service on behalf of a consolidated claim.   He called my 86 year old mother Pauline Kowal THREE TIMES yesterday, 10/18/12 to which she spoke with him all three times stating that shes not in contact with my daughter, doesn't know where she is, doesn't know how to get a hold of her, etc.   He used verbal and aggressive tactics with my mother and had her frantically upset.   I told hm if he contacts either myself or my mother again, I will seek out the proper legal authorities and file harassment claims & protection from abuse claims against him.  He called me three times on 10/17/12 as well as calling me again on 10/18/12. This individual will not provide his company name, stating that he is an independent contractor and would not provide a company address.  With his aggressive and verbally abusive tactics, I believe that it is a scam.

888-816-9092 has been also harrassing my home and anyone who answers, 10/18/2012 and 10/19/2012 starting at 8:30am. Using aggressive language and tactics, insists I know this person and whereabouts. WIll not state who they working for just trying to reach someone who does not live here. Will not take words for what they are. Tells me this person is in trouble.... as if I care.. she states her name is Adrea. She just needs to stop the calls I think I will contact the police department, and report to the federal Trade commission as I think it must be one of those pesty low life collectors, or a scam trying to find out about people to use their identity.

A woman called my sister from this number looking for me.  She told my sister that there was a claim against me and that she needed to get in contact with me.  My sister asked what company the woman was with and she refused to provide any information.  This made my sister suspicious and she asked how they had gotten her phone number.  Again, the woman was very vague and provided no information.  As I was speaking to my sister my boss asked to see me.  The same woman had left a message on his voicemail stating that there was a claim against me and that they were trying to reach me!  I listened to the message and they never said what company they are with and the message makes no sense.  This has happened before and they will say that need to serve a summons for court.  I called their bluff and guess what, no summons, no case, no more calls!  This is most definately a scam!

Just got a call from "Michael" he left message for David James Williams, I called the number and explained to Austin that I do not know this person. Per Austin their company(Consolidated) is a mediator company, the person named Michael who called is with a locator service. The claim was just opened this morning so he had no additional information, but agreed to delete my phone number. We'll See.
