I have been getting these calls on my answering machine every day for over a week now except Saturday and Sunday. It is a man's voice talking in a low muffled sound asking for a person who does not live here to call them.

I get calls from the same company. It's a collections agency, Northstar. I keep getting calls from them calling for a woman I have never known or had any contact with. I was finally told, after having them remove my number from their system for the third time, that the person they are trying to reach may have had my phone number before me, or that they possibly lived in one of the same places I lived (possibly as a previous tenant in a rental.)

I called back and a Frank answered, he would not tell me what this call was in reference to until I told him who I was. You have my number, now tell me who you are. He took it personal when I hung up on him, I then called back making sure it was not one of the companies dealing with my back problem. HIS reponse was "if you are not telling me who you are then we will have to do this the hard way!!!" and he hung up.

I received a call from this number this morning.  It is a collection agency North Star Location Services, LLC.  After trying to get them to validate this debt which they refused to do, then I refused to do business with them.  I hung up.  The supervisor called right back and said that he HOPED we had just gotten disconnected and I said no i hung up on you.  He goes on this rampage about how its now on a recording that i verified that I hung up on him.  So i said good since its on a recording, let it be known that any correspondence must now be done in writing and do not call my house any more or you are in violation of the FTC act.  And I hung up again.  He called right back and I let it go to voice mail.  He's definitely in violation!!!

Who are you and what its concerning?

Left no message.  i am so tired of these companies calling me.

This rude person keeps calling my cell phone and I have told him I'm not ruth ryes??

Number is Northstar. Knew my name but I did not know them told them I was not interested.

Northstar debt collection. TY to OOMA we block these clowns!

 This number keeps showing up on my Caller ID.   I have no business with this company so I do not answer. Thanks for the information.

this caller keeps phoning me and there is never anyone on the line when I answer..

Mu;tiple calls from this North Star Locator and they tell me that we must call back as soon as possible regarding a reference number.  When I research North Star Locator it is a debt collection agency and we don't have outstanding debt.  I refuse to answer these type of calls
