Indicated that I was to call and speak to John with info regarding a final payment on a debt. The original debt collector is threaten to have me arrested for not making the fianl payment.

they threatened me too and said I'd be in jeopardy. I called my bank and had them look back in 2008 up to now. Found nothing and this one loan I usually get from is a trusted loan which they contact me when I don't pay and said I am sued for that same loan. And another guy mentioned another loan I haven't even got. In the beginning I shouldn't even ever get a loan now they have my identity. I'm being set up.

i have been facing issue with them they took me to court and i have to spend hell lot on attorney fees and i wish i could not have took this loan but the guy still helped me and got me waiver in situation i m inn pls pray fr me they are legal advisor of creditors i believe and i have been summoned twice from same which i did not pay attention and faced issue you people out there please look after your finance
