It's Pinnacle Recovery.  I have sent them a letter requesting that they cease phone calls, but they still call.  Trying to collect money already paid to the timeshare directly.

Some guy who said he was calling for a person.  When asked they said their name was Mr. Snow.  He sounded frustrated and determined.  He would not say who he was with however.

These people are very rude and unprofessional. I blew my lid and cussed out the lady that called me.  I called back to talk to her boss, and he also got rude and started threatening me, so at that point I just hung up on him.  I am going to be contacting my timeshare and also my lawyer to deal with this bunch.
