3 missed calls and 1 voice message this week on my cell!  I don't even know who Direct Energy is!

They are an electriciy provider.They are making a "courtesy call" because you may have an overdue payment.I just found out I do.They didn't leave a message, so I had to call them.

they are calling me daily since i switched my cell phone number in the beginning of may. I have never done business with them. They are looking for some guy. i got the new number randomly and now direct energy calls me morning noon and night. they wont stop and i have filed 50 some complaints with FCC.

I just got a call from this number tonight.  It sounded like a phishing scam to me. I kept asking what they were calling about and they kept repeating the same thing:" We just wanted to let you know we recieved your payment and would like to verify some information."  Ive been a Direct Ener4gy customer for 2 years now and NEVER recieved a call on me cell phone from them.

I receive calls from this number and when I answer there is no responce from the caller

I recieved calls from this number early. I don't know who this is. They just keep calling ,me. No ones says anything. It is creepy to ME...

4 calls this month on my cell phone.  When I called the # back, I found that is was in fact direct energy.

I recieved a call every other day. I do not know who they are and when they call my cellular phone rings for more that 2 minuts. I save this phone number in my list under the unwanted call name and choose a silent sound for them.

It is Direct Energy.  I've been a customer for a couple of years and never pay  late.  However, I've found that if you are couple of days late paying them, they will call and continue to call.  My bill is only $95 and I should have paid it, so I'll do so today.  It's just shameful that they have to harass you after a couple of days....10 days maybe...4 days probably not.

I suggest that you set your phone to block that particular number PERMANENTLY.
I agree with the individual who mentioned missing a bill by a few days precipitates a relentless serioes of calls from this number.
When I change electricity providers, I intend to cite the one of the reasons I am changing is because of their relentless barage of calls when a nice "Friendly Reminder" letter/note might be more in order.

This is Direct Energy, and they called 3-4 times me on the day after my bill was due and unpaid. I had a payment scheduled for the next day.

I agree with you.  My bill was due on the 20th and I got a call today even though I submitted the payment electronically today.  I'm getting ready to change providers just for this reason.

I missed the call but they called again later from a private number, this time leaving a message. My bill was due 6/20 I paid it online 6/20 it was removed from my bank account today 6/22 so I guess tomorrow I have to call them & find out WHT.

Am tired of getting calls from this number.  Am getting calls from this number every 10-15 minutes!!!!  There is no one on the line when you pick up the phone!!!  This is ridiculous!!!

This number has called me at least once a day for well over a month. The number but no name comes up on Caller ID, and there's never a message on my answering machine. I am on the DO NOT CALL list, and I have never done business with Direct Energy.

keeps calling - don't know if Marketing Call? Have checked account and just made payment to them.

These people are a pain . They call 20 times a day......i dont know who this is

they stink....changing to a better electric company

Please stop these harrasing calls I receive them everyday and there is no one on the line they do not leave a message and when I try to call back there is no one there.
