5 calls today. this has been going on for over 5 weeks. Early morning and late night
What can be done?

keep getting calls from this number always leaves message claiming to be stephanie.  if i call it back no one will come on line. have never had any business relationship with them. so there is no reason on thi earth for them to continue calling my house.

i been gettin a calls from a 310 number and they keep callin my  job with the same company name but stating they ae goiing to sue me

Got a call from "Brochfield & Associates". Caller-ID said "Meridian Mgt 713-529-7000". The message requested that I call back at 866-834-3940 x6052. I called back but got voice mail for Jonathan Cockcrow.

Just got a call from this guy that said I needed to call him back immediatly, and didnt say what it was in regards to. Whatever, I am not calling him back. I am not intimidated by him saying he was from some law office of Brochfield & Assoc.

I have been getting calls from them for months, saying that I need to call back immediately.They are a debt collector

Got a call from 8888562120 identifying themselves as "Brochfield & Associates".  Caller name:  Mr. Clauss?  Voicemail indicated to return his phone call as soon as possible to 8668346218 ext 6077.  They may tell you that they are lawyers or use the term "law office".  Please be advised that these people are in no way lawyers.  They are only debt collectors.  I'm surprised that someone hasn't yet sued them for impersonating a lawyer/law office.

Call from 888-856-2120.  Woman said she was "Candice Bridgewater."
Said she had been forwarded legal papers and needed to hear from me today.
Said she was with "Ron Silver & Associates."  Said to call her before 5 P.M. at 866-835-1915 ext 6040.
Have received calls from Brachfield & Associates before with the same caller I.D. and number.

They call themselves a fake attorney name or Asset Acceptance Corp.  

Three letters FTC - Notify the Federal Trade Commission.  These deadbeats are people who have bought old debts from over 7 years ago (statute of limitations has run out) from companies for pennies on the dollar and they try to collect from people.  If people are not aware of the statute they pay these losers.  Be very careful.  Contact the FTC.  Also, they are not allowed to call your job if you say to them, "my employer does not allow me to get phone calls" and than cannot call before 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. PST.   Check the FTC website under Gov.com

Called on Saturday, 10:16 AM:

Left call to my answering machine:  Recorded message asking for CANDACE SAEGER, says if you are not that person to not listen to the rest of the message, "if you do so, you are admiting you are that person." I picked up and hung up.  What a bunch of crap.

I called back and got an operater he denied everything

Keep getting call, Nobody responds when i answer.  I called back, spoke with carlos, he says their a debt collection agency.. Calling for someone who doesnt live with me anymore.  I tried to have him remove my number, as the person their looking for doesnt live here, he hung up on me.  I called back and spoke to the same person, when i said he sounded like the guy i just talked to that hung up on me, he called me a racist because he had a latin accent.. I was blow away.. told him that comment was innapproiate.  He hung up again.  I called back, aske for a supervisor, was told they were all in meetings.  said i would hold, and was hung up on.  called back three more times and got no answer...

This company calls at odd times--Saturday, Sunday, etc. I have answered a couple of times and they hang up. They yelled at my ten year old daughter when she answered. Now that I know what this is....I think we all need to use the Fair Rosenthal Act and our knowledge against their scare tactics.

Keep getting a call from a guy by the name of Keith Kemo (SP?)say's he with a law firm, the person he is trying to contact someone who I don't have clue who he's looking for.  He told me that he is going to keep calling me everyday, I told him that I'm going to report him to the ACU and FTC and he said he will still call me.  I beleive he thinks I'm someone else that owes him a debt.  Anyway...I found he is with "The Brachfeld Law Group, PC" is a collection agency.  Sometimes his number will be 614-389-3316 (ohio) or the 866 number listed.

these poeple have called me they call my house and told my daughter that they were my lawyer and need to call me at work . then they started to call work now they are leaving messages that they will be calling my supervisor and talk to her , I called back and told them to not call my work and they ssaid that they can call who ever they want . They have also call and told my younger daughter that the "want my cell number and to give it to them " and that what was she going to do if she need to call me . They are non stop I have call the FTC to file a report for them calling my daughter( Minors) and that they will not put anything in writing . I called and asked for their address and they would not give it to me. this debt is over 7 years old

I got a call from this number a year ago with the name meridiam management and last night with same number but different name, brochfiled Law, on my called ID. I did not pickup the phone this time as I remember last time when I received call from them , a lady was asking someone who I did not know and she said she was a lawyer and insisted to talk to that person or give the information about the person who I have no idea who was that. I told her dont call here again and hung up. They are some junky collectors.

They call four times a day, finally received something in the mail from them stating trying to collect on a debt that not only was 9 years ago, it was also included in a bankruptcy case in 2002. I not only told them this over the phone, I also sent it in the mail, but now getting calls from some other group trying to collect on this same debt, what, they pass these bogus debts around until they can get some poor schmuck to pay? Not going to be me.

i live in texas and this company kept calling my phone lady said her name was cook left voice message stating that it was extremely important that I return her call by 5:00pm that day or she will file a law suit against me. I returned her call wondering what company she was with and on behalf of what company say's I have n outstanding debit with them  Ms. Cook refused to give me any information but wanted me to verfy information such as SS# and address for her. I refused so she got mad an started hollowing and getting upset. I told her she was rude and unprofesional they have new phone tatacits using area codes within the city such as  713- 832- 281- and then a number  the new number is 8322660369 it goes to the brockfield law group or 713 5797070 ext 4532  so beaware of this low down dirty comapny and their scare tatacits.
