Just called; but no one on the other side

they call me every day. do not know who they are.

They have started calling my home also. The scary thing about it is that I just got my number changed and is paying for it to be unlisted and unpublished. I am not sure how these people got my number. The number on my caller ID is. When I answered the phone it gave them another number with a reference number. No one is suppose to have my new number. This is getting scary.

I did the same thing . They leave no message, I am an unlisted unpublished number yet these jerks get through - How are we suppose to ever combat it if the big comapnies keep breaking the rule or sell our information. I am ready to lobby against all the crap.

someone called me at this num,ber didnt answer when i first picked up, then spoke tto me in a wierd languge and then asked if i was available i said what country are u calling from he spoke a gain in another languge and i hung up that ws really wierd.

This number took money from my account without my authorization. The number is based in Florida. It was a fraud transaction.

My boyfriend just had a mysterious $9.00 charge appear on his debit card. This phone number is attached to it...but like previous people have mentioned if you call it there are no live people to talk to just a generic voice mail asking you to leave a message as if someone will actually call you back. I think it's scammers for sure!

I had a $9.15 charge from this company as well. It is drawing from Plantation FL. I contacted my bank and they are looking into the matter.

rec'd call from andrea at Alliance One ( collection agency ), she knew my name and the correct pronunciation, said I must call her back at ext. 6440, she did not say why, I have no outstanding uncollected debt

I have a charge for $9 on my debit card also.  My bank says it masks itself as a check card purchase, but is actually a monthly charge.  I'm wondering if I used my card someplace and they copied my debit number?

Call came in around noon EST and answering machine picked up. Woman asked to speak to my ex-wife of 17+ years. She requested that my ex's lawyer contact her right away. When asked who she represented, she hung up. The name was Nellie or Willie Mason.

I did not get a call from this number, but it appeared in a 9.00 charge against my credit card. When I called the number to ask what the charge was for, I got a very curt recording asking for ME to supply THEM with all of my contact information. No clue as to who they were. I have now cancelled my credit card.

the day of the due date they started calling me for a blistering $27!!!

They call my cell phone all the time. I told them they had the wrong number and that they were wasting minutes on my cell phone, but they insist that they have the right number and just keep calling. I don't bother answering any more.

Is this a collection agency ?

Same deal in Detroit. ..this is the 18th time "Jeffery" has left me a message this month.. cripes.. get a clue.

I have a nine dollar charge on my checking account and the only thing that is listed on my checking account is 888-856-8228 - center company - fl.. I have called my bank and have to complete a form for wrongful charges. any ideas?

This call came about 7:40 pm for Doris Minear, my daughter, The caller said his name was Mike Thomas and that Doris has a lawsuit filed against her. He wanted me to call her immediately. --actually suggested we get on a three way call. I told him I'd have to hang up to call her and asked for his number. I also told him that I might get her answer phone but I would give her the message. WE have had emails telling us their was a judgement against me but further down the screen we realized it was just advertising.

yep,he keeps bothering me too.. I simply do not answer - ever..and delete the missed call -- only 2 people have this number as it is truly for emergencies only..easy for me to know - anyone else is a spam call..

My credit card was charged $9.10 by CENTER COMPANY - PLANTATION FL. When the temporary charge was made permanent PLANTATION FL was changed to this number 8888568228

This is a SCAM. I have reported it to my card company and the amount will be charged back.
