I don't answer 888/800 that I'm not expecting.  This is a new one

This number calls our home number almost every evening at 8pm.

This number called me at my work!!!!  I have call display and didn't answer.  But I'm wondering how they got it.  It must be that I left my work phone number in addition to my personal number and they somehow got a hold of both because I keep getting phone calls on my home (cell) phone as well.

i do not trust these people - they call my cell every single day. they claim to be caus works telefund agency for charities in Canada.

They called me thankin me for my donation to sick kids, ans was asking for more $ .. he sounded like he was driving. :s

Same as Allison, it is asking for more $ for sick kids. After the phone I realize that I should ask why they didn't send me receipt for the donation that they promised. Not happy.

I do donate to Sick Kids as my daughter is invovled in many clinics down there, however, they do not solicate through telemarketers. Go to the Sick Kids website, there are warnings about facke calls. NEVER give any information over the phone, and Sick Kids would never ask for it over the phone.

Received this message at 12:00 PM exactly. Left no messages, very perculiar number.

This company is legit.  And Sick Kids DOES in fact partner with them to do their telephone fundraising. I called their donor services department after receiving a call from them and it was confirmed.

they are scammers, they ask for credit card over the phone, they claimed they are from humane society, the person who says that the company is legit is one of them, don't trust all the as****les!

I received a call today from 888-859-8093 indicating she was from the Sick Kids Foundation.  She knew my address, that I give monthly and the amount.  I called the Sick Kids Foundation and provided this number to them to see if it was a scam.  The girl I spoke to indicated that they do use third party companies to solicit funds.  She confirmed that this number was from one of their partners they use.  

In any case, if you are unsure, go to the Sick Kids Foundation website and donate directly there.
