left message after 3rd call in a row, talking about " a formal complaint filed again Miles somebody.." not me, no mention of the name of the company or organization calling. Just a threat to follow up with the "local authorities"

I recieved a phone call from this number about my mother.  It was all automated. Didn't say name of business but did mention they will follow up with local court.

Scammers calling my mom looking for me. My husband is military and has been for years! Saying there is a federal compliant!!! Lol! People get a life!

Says there looking for me, but doesn't say why, after the whole is scams, I'm scared to even answer he calls, and didn't identify who they were but would be filing in court, anyone know who they are?

I just got the same call it was all automated and when i called back it asked for am extension number. This has scam written all over it.

I called the number back and pressed 0 and got transferred to a miles and he stated that my number was used as a reference and he said my husbands name. I asked him for information and he said he is calling with CFS and it a legal complaint. He hung up on me after all my questions.

SCAM. Caller left message early morning.  I don't answer the phone anymore unless I know the caller id.  Couldn't tell if it was an automated call or a real person reading (poorly) a script.  Could hardly understand the message about a formal complaint filed with the 'local' court and to call an 888 number.  Definitely a scam.

Apparently they called my mother in law, who told my husband. When he called the, they had a case number and have a warrant out for my arrest. I've tried calling multiple times and no one ever answers. This does not seem legit at all.

They keep calling old friends and family about me.  Everytime I call to find out any information no one answers the phone.  It is a complete SCAM!!!

I got a message on my phone about a complaint being filed!  Before, I heard the whole message, I DELETED IT!  Believe it's a scam!

This is a collection agency using scare tactics and unlawful statements to scare you into paying a debt that might no be yours or is over 7 years old (which is illegal to try and collect after 7 years)  DO NOT fall for it, hang up and block them.

Left message that they are trying to contact someone, a name I did not recognize. Definitely  a scam, message is similar to scam IRS calls that we have received numerous times.

Called them back anonymously. It goes to a vm that mailbox 146 is full. If you dial ext 145 then you get (pseudonym) Christopher MIles. Claims to be with CFS. When asked what CFS stands for, he states it's not an acronym, but they are a mediation company. Yeah, right! Refuses provide a mailing address for a cease and desist letter. Also gets upset that I called in anonymously. Obvious scam. So far calls have come in from 888-872-2913 and 888-484-3985.

I just got the VM too. Stating they wanted to know my "whereabouts" and that they will be filing documents with the local courts. Guy was making his threats, then a machine read my name, then went back to him reading. I don't know how these people get away with this.
