Received call from this number.  They left a message. I called back at it was apex solutions which is a scam

Actually no they are not. I actually took the time to see what it was about. Turns out they were about to serve papers for court. They call you to get your final statement on file before you get your ass sued.

I got news for ya.  There A LOT of scams out there like this.  They call to tell you that there is a defaulted payday loan in your name,  and this is the last stage before you are arrested.  
First in NO state can you be arrested for defaulting on a loan else every foreclosure victim would be in prison.  Second they won't give you the account info, if it is yours then they are required to by law.  Third if you every got arrested for any similar offense all you would have to do is show your bank records, if it isn't there you can't be held accountable

Got a message on home phone from this number for some name that is not me.  She sounded like she was reading the message from a teleprompter,   Scam, scam, scam.

I got a call from this number today. It was a lady and she said "Hi this is Colleen from ACS and Associates, I'm calling because we have legal claim in your name and we need you to call us before the end of the day today before we turn this matter over to our attorney".  Nice try. Scam, scam, scam.

ive had enough. apex tried calling me a month ago, last week and now today. no bozos my cash loan is pain in full, the money that went to the cash loan was not fradulently used, no i dont owe you a dime, i have records proving it was paid off and letter from the loan company and the people they sold it to saying your company is a scam and they have been dealing with your vicitms for about a year now all with the same stories as mine. telling people online that your companies isnt the one that is the scam  is laughable as it was the same phone number listed for them as you. stop calling me, my lawyer is gathering info on you and telling people your going to jail or that im going to ruin your life gets you nothing but a biggr karma bomb than anyone has ever had.  freinds, dont let these scam artists trick you into getting anymore of your info if you tell them you have proof they will ask you to send it to them and my lawyer says its another way to get more about you. call the credit bureaus and report them before they ruin your credit. and besides, if they were legitamite, why are there websites like these with their numbers on them all reporting the scam they are trying to pull.

actually they are. i am assuming you work for them. amazingly there are more horror stories out there about this company than you must be aware of. they are bottom feeding scum. they are now listed with the fbi as scam artists. so please quit with the innocent comment.

Getting the same message about sending information - they want me to give out my legal representation - my credit rating is clean

I have received several messges from ta Patrick Batman stating that his is a company that they will hunt me down even at my place of employment serving me papers.  They have been calling my moms home and giving her trouble.  How can I get these people off my back?    Should I can them back?  What should I do, I am scared out of my mind. I did report them to FCC, should I report them to the local police department?

Please help me and I need advice ASAP......

I got spoke with them the other day, I never took out the loan they are saying.  I said I would call them back but still haven't, should I?  Do I look guilty if I don't call back?  I have been a nervous wreck about this and don't know what to do.  They said they sent me a letter in the mail last week, I never received it.

They are a pain in the butt!!!  They started calling my old place of address where I use to live at home with my parents two weeks ago and harrassed her saying if I do not call within 48 hours I will be servered papers, they will contact my place of employment and I will be going to jail.  Okay, so now it is 3/30 and I hae not received anything.  I did speak with the FTC and filed a complaint with them also with the fraud unit for DE..  I was told not to call them back and that this company is being investaged by the FBI but they can not reach there location as of yet.  

I am nervous as well, scared, especailly when you have children and another one on the way. My husband told me to ignore them.  I would not worry too much about it it if you have not received the letter yet dont worry about it.  Even if you do, I would take it to your local police departemnt and have them handle it.  

Let me know how it goes if you got a letter or not, I am interested to hear.

I got a call from this company twice today and they even called my brother.  They said the same about serving some sort of papers.  When they call me they make their number "Unknown," but leave a number to call back.
I will not call them back!!!  But, I am going to report them as I have nothing for them to be calling me about.
I hope they catch these scam artists.

They called me and I'm 17 years old...yeah, definitely a scam. I have no loans or such to my name.

BE VERY AWARE!!! This company will attempt to withdraw from any account that they may have. I had to go to my bank fill out an affidavit with them stating that I did not authorize withdrawal from my account from APEX CAPITAL. Had to go thru hoops to get straigh. They will try anything. so BE AWARE!!!

When I had people harrassing me I call Francis Mailman in Philadelphia. He took it to court and I won money. The places can not harrass people against the law. This number has been calling and I may call Mailman again if I get one more call.

They call and say there are many claims against me what is this?

They have been calling me too many times already and in the beginning when I answer, they hang up and just today after 3 phone calls a message was left also stating from Apex Credit Solutions, which I have no idea why they are calling me?  I never had a online loan or ever submitted for any, however, I use to get calls like this in 2009 from "supposedly" Law Office of Anthony H. Rodriques that was also a scam looking for information from people to scam, that stopped after I reported them to the BBB and the Attorney General's Office and now apparently whoever bought the records from that idiot is now trying to call people AGAIN to get information.  These people harass and intimidate innocent people and try to get away with it.  It truly is scary and not to mention very annoying when you are being called at work, which is one of the reasons the previous ones stopped!  So now I looked up this number and see that SAME thing happening again!!!  These people need to be stopped........I wish I knew where they are working out of because I would certainly send a few "friends" to deal with them!  LOLOL  Anyway, I was told previously to ignore the call and keep reporting them.

Been getting calls from this same number using the same tactics as stated form others here.  Usuall I ignore them becuase they just leave threatening messages and nothing else happens.  This time they called my job and talked to my boss and told him that he would need to go to court with me because of all of this.  That I DEFINITELY know is a big no no, so I have now filed a complaint against them with the FTC and consulting a lawyer due to their harrasment.

You can report them to the FTC for violating the FDCP act and ask them to stop calling you.  You have the right to request and receive all notification of debts in writing with 30 days to review and dispute this.  I had a company using similar tactics to this one that I reported to the Attorney General's office and FTC.  They were notified by them to provide proof of debt (they had NONE because it wasn't mine) and told them to cease all communications with me.  They contacted me again and I notified them again in which they were fined.  Also, you can report them to the BBB.  Collection agencies use terms like they will serve you legal papers.  Most services are done without ANY notification.  They must be filed in court prior to be serving.  Education is key with consumers.  Read up on your rights and stop the harassment and make these companies accountable so they will stop.  They have rules to follow and I make them do so if they call for any of my employees or myself.

Apex Capital Solutions has been calling me the past month saying i took out two loans that has not been paid and i took them out in 2008 and i have never took out any loans period and i need to know if there a scam or not. cause i told them i wont paying the loans cause i didnt take them out now they called this morning and said i got a summons for court over the two loans
