They usually call if your account is negative.

Received a call from this number asking for someone else. The person did not gave me information on why he was calling my number just hang up on me.

Got two calls from this number and they did not leave a message. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

This number calls constantly. When I answer they hang up. I get about 10 calls everyday. Everytime I answer there is no one there. It is a total pain in the ass. I don't know who it is. I guess from the comments it is Paypal.

I have received MANY calls from this number recently. Every time I answer, there's no one there. You would think if it really was Paypal, someone would be there to at least talk, or have a machine talk. But no, no one is ever one the other end.

What is this? I have no account problems. This number call and no message is left. I have no other mysterious calls.

Any suggestions? I want to change my number now.

This number calls daily in the morning. I do not answer. No messages are left when this number calls.

I googled it and found no results. How can this be? This ought to be illegal to get 800#'s that are not listed or searchable on line.

Can anyone just get 1-800 numbers now?

I experienced this years ago and when I called the 800 number back _I reach an automated message saying the nber is not in use or doesn't exist and to check the number I dialed again.

I won't answer. Has anyone else answered since??

Most wireless service providers allow you to block up to 5 lines (Verizon does) for free for 90 day periods.  Put this number in and they might give up after being blocked for 90 days.  

this number calls daily in the mid morning.......i do not answer it.........i've never given paypal my call phone number and have not used them in years

I didn't answer it, but I actually do think it is Paypal because I had a negative balance. If so they have a poor system, and should at least leave a message.

I answered it today. It was Paypal regarding a negative balance.

Quit calling and not talking that's harassment .

I logged into my paypal account and emailed them about this.  They told me that had not called me, there was no problem with my account and that they had numerous complaints about this number.  They are investigating because this is not a number they use. This was direct from PayPal. I blocked the number.

This is pay pal. I spoke with someone in their fraud department. I never had a pay pal account. What happens is someone gets your name, address and phone number online and creates an account in your name and starts selling stuff. Some how they get money from the sales but dont send the items. Then your account gets the negative balance and they start calling you to get their money back. They will work with you on the issue.

This dumb number keeps calling about 6 times a day and I'm trying to find a way to make it stop. One time they called me 3 times back to back, next time I'm going to cuss somebody out. They wont answer back, they just keep calling back.

I get multiple calls everyday, Never answer it, Blocked. Pretty sure its paypal because I have 3 locked accounts. :/

They call me also and don't say anything.  Then when I ask who's calling they hang up.  When I dialed the number back they said it was Paypal and asked how could they help me.  I said: "like this" and I then hung up.  After about ten minutes I got another call that showed up as private caller, unknown number.  Did I answer, no.  I am going to report it.
