I've received these calls, too.  If it is PayPal/BillMeLater, then they seem  to have dozens of numbers b/c I have received calls from them from all kinds of different numbers, the number of calls per day are as many as 6 to 8 calls.  This is HARASSMENT

They call multiple times a day and do not leave a message. I'm getting really fed up!

Call 3 times/day.  Today is the first time they ever played music as if I was on hold.  Then, said they were from PayPal with an important message.
Sick to death of them calling every day 3/times a day.
Please STOP!

It is paypal. I set up an account but they wont let me put my bank account to it so I keep forgetting to pay it. They call when I am at work and can't answer the phone and by the time I get home I forget LOL. They stop when you pay them sooo yeah. LOL
