I don'tknow who this is why taking money out of my acct..

Do not replay to these people. I am trying to figure out who to complain to. I tried consumersupportsection.com but the website is no longer in service. These

I was reviewing my checking account early this am, when I realized their was an unathorized debt of 30.00 from my account.   I instantly got on the phone with the bank and was given and 800 number that was used.  I have been calling 888-897-8045 since about 7:45am and getting busy signal.  At one point I did hear a message stating all circuits were busy and to try back.  I am going to my bank after work to dispute issue.  Some people are struggling with finaces and to take there money without permission makes no sense....

I just checked my banking account and $30.00 was debited from Payday Loan Protection and this  number was listed.  I did not authorize any debits from this company and have been trying to call them only to get a busy signal.

I had a $30 check debited from my account yesterday.  I called the bank because the check number is out of my normal sequence and was not authorized.  They will be returning the check for me but this number was listed on the check and it was payable to Payday Loan Protection, deposited to MetroBank.  I will be receiving a copy of the check in the mail from my bank.  Looks like I will be closing this account.

The phone and the web site www.customersupportsection.com is true.  They told me that I had applied for a payday loan online and the selected to have payday loan protection. I did not do that. I have a payday loan online but I have been dealing with this company for awhile (more then 2 years) and this was the first time I had ever had a 30.00 fee But I did received a live person when I call. I am also getting the bank to block them from my checking account so this will not happen in the future.

Call the number and keep calling it.. I just found the same thing with my checking acct. 30.00 taking out and I HAVE NO PAYDAY LOANS out and I would suggest to anyone who reads this do not ever take one of those out they are bad news... I got thru to a man who said no further charges would be takeing and in 7 to 10 business days the money would be returned so we see about that...

I  also was charged 30.00 for payday loan protection. I have never had a payday loan in my life , I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this. Most of the scams i have gotten my money back .The phone number on the check is 866-823-7265.When you call you get a recorded message telling you lines are all busy and to call another number or go to this web site. I did not catch the other number. I only got the 607 area code.
