They keep calling and asking for My Mom and she passed away on Oct. 14th.  I've tried to let them know but you just keep getting a recording.  It is very frustrating.

they keep calling,saying that I owe them $135.00, wanting my credit card no.

They keep calling and cannot reach anyone when I dial the leave back number.

They want to talk to my Aunt and she passed away 5 months ago.

They keep calling stating omni care for my dad who has been in a nursing home for quite a while. Keep calling back to onlyu get recordings nooone ever calls back. even when I answer the phone you press to talk to someone and noone ever answers. With all the fraud these days....leave it alone.

They call, leaving a message to return the call about a "personal matter" regarding a family member in a nursing home.

This number calls everyday and says ACB recovery please call 888 899 4997. We have called back many of times  and no one answers.

Every day to my in laws who are both in their 80's and who are both cardiac patients and both who have been diagnosed with dementia.  These calls are causing a lot of stress and they need to stop immediately.  They owe no one any money and this needs to stop.

Calls are continuous, using a multitude of numbers. I do not owe any debts, and have asked that the harassment stop, (calls before 7 am, calls after 9pm.) and they have actually increased in intensity. I have reported them to an Atty. that has a class action suit against them. I am told that once they have been accosted with mine and others experiences with them that It will be a $1,500 compensation per call. Of course, that is to be split among millions of others, but between at least 25 calls per day to just me alone, I think it will add up.
