Thay call us multiple times per day too. I think they got my husbands name from our answering machine message as they seem to know only his first name - which is not his legal first name but the name he goes by. They would have his legal name if the call was legitimate so we know they are scammers. They say they are from 24 hr fitness (caller ID shows "800 service") and need his credit card number as there is a problem on his account. He has never been a member of 24 hr fitness and we have an unlisted number and are on the national do not call list.  We have asked them to stop calling but they still call over and over again. We have filed a complaint against them.

Call 24 hour fitness customer service at 8oo-432-6348 and they say they will have the number removed from the list.  We'll see.

I have a 24-hour fitness membership that renews each year and they start calling me when I don't automatically renew.  I don't know why they call so many times a day though.  Geez, 4 times today already, 3 yesterday, 3 the day prior, 2 times each day on the weekend.

Some time ago they kept calling me.  I also have a 24-hour fitness membership.  But now I have this tall guy, brown hair, glasses following me around to and from the gym.  I called the police and asked them to follow up but they never did.  The calls haven't stopped, but I don't see the guy following me anymore.  WHY CAN'T THEY JUST LEAVE ME ALONE.

They keep calling me - 3-4 times per week.  I have never called them back, sinceI decided to lookup their number first on Google.  What should I do to stop this?  I am not a 24 Hrs Fitness member and have never been.

I got a call from this number and it says; "This is a very important call for ...."  "Please press one if you are ....."  I just hung up because I didn't want to confirm, so I don't know who the caller actually is.

They have called me 3 times today...at 11:19, 4:04 and then 7:52...who calls like that, I work and don't answer my cell, and I am not answering so strange 888 number than won't leave a message either...bizarre and yes, I agree scary...stalkers! I am a member of 24-hour but I don't need to renew for awhile. AH!

Ive been getting these calls latly aswell. Really annyoing.
ive did a little googling and found out many people are having trouble with this number.Really weird.

This number keeps calling 3, 4 or even 5 times a day at all hours and when I answer all it says is "Hello.....Good bye".

I'm filing a complaint with the police dept. against the caller for attempting to solicit a minor. That will stop this crap (I hope)

They call 4-5 times per day.  And no one is there, just the machine.  iF they really want my business that badly, they need to send a real person to call.  I would never do business with a company like that.

They claim to be 24 hours fitness and an "important call for"......(all recorded).  I push the button that says this is the wrong number....but they continue to call four and five times a day for someone that does not live here....how can we stop this?

I checked with 24 Hour- this is not their number.  This is fraud.  Be careful.  If  you think you owe 24 Hour money, then walk in and give them your credit card info, do not do it over the phone to this number!

This is really annoying, I have gotten 11 calls in the last 5 days from this number.  I had no idea who was calling me until I read this.  How do you know it's 24hr Fitness?  The first few times i would answer and it would say "hello" and then hang up, now I don't answer it.  How do you block the number from calling back?  I have been looking online and it seems impossible to find this information.

Nadine from 24 hour Fitness  asked to speak to my former roommate.  She not only hasn't lived in the US for over a year, she hasn't been a member with them for AT LEAST 2 years (I think closer to 4).
The number is now a cell phone under my name & on the DO NOT CALL list.
Are they allowed to call the # because they have some old # of some ex-member?
Anyway, I explained the situation & they claimed they'd remove me.
If they call again, they're definitely being reported as violating DONOTCALL.

This # keeps calling my phone (at least 8 times in the past two weeks). I tried to call it back and it rings then hangs up. It is getting really annoying. I finally was able to get someone to answer the phone. They say it is 24 hour fitness but I don't nor ever had a membership with them. I'll see if they try to call me again, I already said I would file a complaint with the DNC registry if they call me one more time.

Called 33 times in two weeks. At first twice per day, then three times per day. Never left a message until the 33rd call. Message was an automated voice that said it was 24 Hour Fitness calling for a someone I've never heard of.

They called my boyfriend's phone and claimed to be an 24 Hour Fitness Financial Representative.  They were asking for his credit card number and was saying that he didn't pay something and that the payment didn't go through, which in fact he did because I have the banking statement PROVING the money was taken out to pay his membership.  They kept forcing him to give him is credit card number.  I knew that something was fishy from the very start.  Seriously! When will all these annoying phone calls STOP!  Don't these people have a life or is their life mainly bugging and pissing people off.
