There was no one on the other end of the call

This is charter communications.  It is not necessarily a call about your bill.  Even though I have told them to stop calling to upsell us, they call 2 times a day at least 4 days a week.

Yes, this number belongs to Charter Communications. This is the number they call you from to complete your post customer service call survey. They ask a few questions to determine if you were satisfied with the way your issue was handled and if the CS agent was polite. They may use the number for other things as well. But, that's what my call was about today.

They call everyday! They either don't say anything at all or just call over and over and over and over my phone can only hold 50 CID and they filled up every slot! Getting up

This number calls me at least twice a day, doesnt say anything when I answer and then hangs up after about 10 seconds... I'm about to file a complaint.

This caller is not legit. It is a phone spammer.  They call, and call several times a day, but don't leave a message. It says they're from Charter, but I suspect the way they call it is a prank or scammer calling.  Reporting this number for harassment to my services, and also to FTC Federal Trade Commission, as well as to the BBB.

Pay your Charter bill people! NOT AFTER THE DUE DATE!

I keep getting calls from this number.  I have had direct tv for the past 14 years.  They have  no reason to call me.

My dad pays the bill.... He gets calls everyday

I paid my bill, and when I called them back, their robot - yes, robot, as there was no option in any of their menus to speak to a person - STILL called me repeatedly. Their robot CONFIRMED that I had zero balance on my account when I called it back as their voice mail instructed. This does not make me happy with their customer service in any way - they are very lucky their only competition in my area has such poor service it's virtually unusable.

Called everyday during the middle of my classes, at least 2 or 3 times. Left a message saying it was charter. I answered today, and the lady said she was calling on behalf of Charter, and that my Charter bill hadn't been paid since February.  My grandfather pays the bills while I go to school,  and he says he's paid them every month.  Then the lady asked if I would be paying the balance with check or card, and wanted a credit card number over the phone. Still unsure if this is actually charter or a scam, you usually are never asked for a credit card number over the phone.

This is Charter Communications and they call me approximately 20 times an hour. Sometimes when you answer it will ask you to hold for the next available operator, as if I'm going to do that. Then when someone is there when you answer, they either want my bill paid in full, which is never late so I'm not sure I understand why or they want me to upgrade my service. These calls are extremely annoying and I'm now looking into switching my cable, internet and phone service to another company. Even if it costs a few dollars more, it will be worth it to me to make the harassing phone calls stop.

I just paid my bill today..... early, and they are calling to try and upsell me a bundle. I just ignore them. It seems they try to upsell if you pay early and threaten if you pay late ;-) lol STFU and take this money we agreed on ppl!

This number called me on 5/27/14 @ 7:58AM, 3:24PM, 1:14PM, and 9:33PM. on 5/28/14 they called at 1:03P, 2:39P, 3:44P, 4:09P, 5:06P, and 6P. Each call within an hour of each other. Today they called so far only three times, 11:19A, 1:38P, and 2:30P. I believe this is Charter Communications. These idiots don't even realize that my bill was already paid in full before the harassing calls started. Shouldn't it be illegal to call every hour? I can't wait to cancel them. They have horrible service and harassing tactics. I'd recommend you all do the same!

I have had the same thing, my bill is paid in full every month and I get about that many calls too the past 3 days. It should be illegal (check your records Charter!!!!) and as soon as I get off work I'm calling them back on the normal number that I pay the bill with and complain.

Calls 4-8 times daily no message and when I look up the number its charter. We've had alot of very poor service both internet and cable TV plus their rate is ridiculous that I'm looking for a change of server. They don't negotiate or give customers any sort of break and yet they offer all these "deals" to get you hooked. We pay our  bills so this is just harassment.
