I got a call from this number and the caller had an Indian accent. The call is basically if I don't call them back they will pursue some charges against me and I did not quite understand what is the name of the calling company. I called back but no one answered.

they called the office I work at claiming to be the IRS, a guy named David Cooper with a very thick Indian accent want the Dr I work for. He kept saying (right)  

Got the same call today.  Guy with Indian accent, claiming to be from the IRS and I owe back taxes.  Then says I have a warrant out for my arrest lol.  Too funny.  They've been calling my mom for months with the same BS.

this guy has Indian accent and with first call he started taking legal , How dummy is this guy, I have do not call registry and reporting such fake calls

The reason of my call is to make you about that we have received a legal affidavit a legal case file against your name and your identity is under investigation. There are three Federal charges placed against you for ready second you receive this message. I just want you to give me a call on my department toll free number which is 8889098081. If I will not receive a call from your side then(?) I was start my legal action against your name and your identity. So get back to me and not divide(?) your service. Once again this is officer Mark Wilson from internal revenue-service-it(?) is done goodbye and wish you good luck

Same as other people have said.  I have legal action pending from IRS. This is Indian cheaters call using majic jack. They have no knowledge of US law.
