The following is my history with this number - don't do business with them:

Got a call from this number yesterday - He said he was calling from "Enterprise Financial Group" and that my extended warranty on my car was about to expire. Told me they are the ones that wrote my original warranty, so I thought it was a legit call. After I got off the phone with him I discovered that they did NOT write my original policy. So they misrepresented themselves which I consider fraud. Not only that, but I am on the do-not-call list so the phone call to me was illegal. He really put a lot of pressure on me and I dumbly fell for this...I bought a $3,000+ policy from him. He kept assuring me that I had 30 days to cancel. He gave me a number to call if I had further questions or if I wanted to cancel - the number he gave me was 888-926-7277 and that number is for Precise Auto Protection (BTW they have an F rating from the BBB). I called the number several times and was put on hold for long periods, when I would get a person they told me the employee that handles cancellation was out but would be back shortly and return my call. I talked to 3 different people who promised me a call back and have never received a return call. These are scammers! The reason they promise you a free 30 day look is that they won't take your calls so you can cancel. Don't do business with them.

Thank goodness for the report listed above. A lady, who later passed the call to a different gentleman, contacted my grandmother to inform her that her original warranty for her Volvo had expired. He was offering a new "5 Year/101,000 Mile Warranty" for us because we were "preferred customers". I immediately became suspicious when he informed me (my grandmother asked me to handle to call, she was also suspicious) that my grandmother or myself had to make a decision before hanging up. Does that sound like a reputable business deal? The warranty he was offering was $4,796 dollars; what husband or wife would make a $5000 purchase without consulting their spouse? I promptly told him "this is a scam", took his number and name, "Morgan Harrison", walked to my computer and found the above article. Unlike the individual above, he did not represent himself as "Enterprise Financial Group", but rather "Ford Corporate Office" (Ford owns Volvo since '99). Upon seeing the article above, I was confident in my decision to make it clear he was never to call back again. I'm sorry someone had to fall for this for the rest of us to be better informed. Do not fall for this scam, it will ruin your holidays!

I also recieved a call from this company Precise Auto Protection to extend my warranty. Said I had 30 days to cancel with a full refund. I called sent an email and a written cancelation with the cancelation card and have not recieved even an acknowledgement let alone my refund! Do not believe these people, this is definitely a scam!!!!!!

This is a scam I worked for this horrible company and know that they don't ever pay out their refunds. Your best bet is to call the service provider be it Royal of EFG then contact your State Attorney General's office and file a complaint..Btw owner of this scam ring is Raffi Sadejyan and he and his partner Harry Pambuckyan this clowns need to stopped!!

I was offered a 5year/100k mile warranty for $3739. They said they were the warranty company at the dealer from where I bought my car, where I had purchased an extended warranty, which has since expired. I was on the phone with him for 18 minutes. He told me all the information for coverage, and also said that the decision must be made on this call. I told him, that I don't do sales decisions in that manner. I don't know who he is, etc. He tried to tell me that because he has my VIN number, which I can verify for myself, that that makes him legitimate. I told him that, No it doesn't, as I get offers in the mail for extended warranties, and that it must be in some public record. We went back and forth on that, then I finally hung up on him. He rang my phone back for the next five minutes.

George Bradley who represented himself as Finance Supervisor gave me a number to call if I had further questions or if I wanted to cancel - the number he gave me was 888-926-7277 and that number is for Precise Auto Protection, I was then turn over to Christian Howell who said she would write the policy and when received to call her at 888-926-7277.I was told that they did my original contract for Lexus and Toyota. These are scammers! The reason they promise you a free 30 day look is that they won't take your calls so you cannot cancel. Don't do business with them!

This is a scam!!!!! Do not have ANYTHING to do with these people should they call you!!! I just called my CC company and they are reversing this charge, as it is fraudulent!

Do not buy extended warranty coverage from these people. They are complete crooks. I also got scammed for $450.00 five months ago. Was promised a refund if I cancelled within thirty days. Now they won't issue the refund. Don't be the fool I was.

My 86 year old mother was scammed by Precise Auto Warranty the same as above.  Mother gave Precise her Checking account # and Check #.  I had to close her checking account and tell Mother that she can't use her check book, because companies are preying on the elderly.  Precise attempted to take $295.00 out of Mother's account and it was blocked.  She would have had to pay $17,000.00 over the next 5 years.  I am pursuing whatever I can to get this company.  This is truthful for sure!!

I AM ONE MORE VICTIM OF THESE SCAMMERS!  They told me I would get my "prorated" refund within thirty days. It's been more than two months and have not received any of my money back. They keep telling me they will call me when they have refund. Really? Every time I call the same person answers his name is "David" and supposedly the supervisor.  Different stories every time I call.  How can I get my money back? HELP!

I spoke with a guy name Christian Howell,  he was rude and demeaned me.   When I asked who his supervisor was , he got even more hostile and called me a "loser".     This guy named Christian Howell is unprofessional when I asked him basic questions on the coverage .    Why would a company hire this telemarketer?    Unbelievable
