wells fargo auto.  They call the day after your payment is due.  And keep calling and calling.  What happened to the 10 day grace period?

This is a new loan for us and I was very surprised they started calling the next day....I asked them about it and they said,yes,thats what they do.

They're aggravating...
Absolutely NO grace period at all with them...
I'll never use them again.

I hate them..they call all hours of the day... driving me crazy.. makes me wanna change my number.

they already called me 3 times before noon today - and it's a saturday.  funny how they have no problem getting ahold of me yet it's impossible for me to get ahold of them.  they don't even send me statements - and I've requested them.  the last time I asked (again) that they send me a statement was nov. 2008 and the statement they sent was dated for july 2006???  AND it wasn't even on wells fargo letterhead - RED FLAG!!!???  I'm beginning to think wells fargo is a scam....

They call me constantly beginning the day after the payment is due!  AND i made a payment online yesterday and today they are STILL CALLING!  WTH is that about??

they call using so many different numbers, the day after the payment is due, and if you make it online they still call.  Makes me wanna give the car back too.  When you do get ahold of them and tell them whats going on they supposidly put it in the computer so that everyone can tell whats going on with the account, 20 minutes later boom someone different calls to harrass you.  I will never ever give them business times are hard and they stink....

Wells Fargo for sure!! Simply put, a pain in the a.....neck!! They won't stop calling. It doesn't matter whether your payments are current or not, they just have to call, pester, harass, threaten and intimidate you. It's part of their job. Whatever mail I get from them I simply trash it, and I had my number changed. Problem solved!

Yup Wells Fargo Auto Finance. I fell behind 1 payment due to med. problems but am just about caught up. Idiots call 7 days a week.Got tired of explaining this to them, now I'll just let them waste their time calling.Dammmm I love caller I.D.     LOL at Wells Fargo  What a bunch of JERKS

I got a call this morning and I am confused.  I don't even have an account with them and they called my cell phone.  Started on a holiday at 0830.

These crackheads call me at all hours of the day and night from this number and never say anything when i pick up the phone. Well today i get a call at 8pm and i didn't say hello and it was quiet for a second and then i hear a guy say "hello? hello??? And i told him to lick my ball sac and quit hatin on me!!!! Needless to say the little [***] hung up. This is my second auto loan through them and they suck ass!!! Always blowin up my house and cell!! Offerring me a personal loan all the time too!!! The best way to deal with these fools is to crank call they [***] all day. call corporate offices, banks, and whatever and harrass em right back

You keep calling my cell phone and leave voice messages on it daily. I do not now or have I ever had an account with Wells Fargo.  I feel like I'm being harassed. I spoke with someone this morning who by the way woke me up.  He said he'd take care of it guess what?  He didn't I just got a call a few minutes ago.

Whoever this is (Wells Fargo?) calls my office phone 5-10 times per day.  I used to answer since it is a business phone but they ask for Theresa, who I don't know.  I've explained several times that I don't know Theresa and it's a business phone, but they keep calling, and have gotten very rude to me.  Now I just look at caller ID before I answer the phone.  What a sad bunch of folks that do that for a living! I've read all the other notes about them, so I definitely won't do business of any kind with Wells Fargo if this is how they treat their customers.

I have gotten 4 phone calls from them today all before 12 noon. I do have a loan thru them but I am not behind on my payments yet they say that I am.  I hate them more than anything.  Just my advise, don't ever get a car loan thru them.  Our other loan is thru Wachovia and they are switching to Wells Fargo!! GREAT HUH?!!!  Now I gotta deal with these people with two car loans!!  SUCKS!!

I mailed them a check two weeks ago for my car payment, and the calls have already started again. They called me four times today. FOUR! ON A SUNDAY!!! They woke me up at 9am on a Sunday morning. God, the maggots are killing me. I gave up trying to talk to these people. They're like loan sharks. I gave up talking to them on the phone. I'm a college student who's parents pay the bills and the last time I was on the phone with them (the reason my name's on my car is because my mom wants me to build up credit), I tried explaining this to them multiple times. I told them that my mom pays the bills and when I told them to call her, they went on and on, saying "It's your responsibility. You need to pay. Stop mooching off your parents." I understand that they want their money and all, but, you would think that in this economy, they would be nicer and try to work with their customers instead of demeaning them and treating them like their garbage. No wonder why all the banks are in the toilets right now. I really hope President Obama goes after these loan sharks.

Wish someone would read this and offer us a refinance deal. This is like being in jail dealing with W>F>......Better get the payment in on time so you'll only get a couple of calls a day.
