Phishing for information

keeps calling  someone house I dont live at and leaving  calls on my trac phone that sound threating

I also received calls from this number by a person called Randy Akles. He said he was from Commercial Recovery Systems. I agreed to a repayment plan for a debt I knew I owed by paying 50.00 a month plus a 3.00 "servicing fee".  I have been paying 50.00 a month every month since April, 2013 yet I still haven't received a written copy of our agreement nor have I ever received a receipt for any of my payments.
Does this guy really work for CRS or am I being scammed?  Or is CRS a scam company?

I received a garbled messege from a man saying that I or my attorney needs to contact Randy Ankles. Whoever this person/agency is they do not seem legit and until I see some legal documents they will not get a response. There is no business linked to 1-888-978-4910 nor does any form of Randy Ankles appear on the web. My advice, do not respond!

Sounds like you were scammed......I never pay at the time they want payment. Do you research first......Threaten them to put it on your credit and then pay.

I was given this number to return a call from a guy named Klyde or Clive Ackles. Total scam hope he calls back.

Yes, Randy works for Commercial Recovery Systems in Plano, Texas. It is legitimate.

I got  a call today from this number and Clyde Akels...saying he was a representative of M and T bank....I have never heard of or had any interaction with this "bank".....He asked if my social sec. number ended with.#### and I said NO....and he apologized and hung up.....must be legit guy trying to find deadbeats.
