Does anyone know who the phone number 1-888-983-7833 belongs to? A person called and left a message that I had missed a summons to appear in court and left a reference number to however i have not been served. I am thinking this maybe an old delinquent account that may have been recently  sold.

Hi Kay,  I just got the same phone call for my mother to call them.  She called back and they wanted her SSN which of course she didn't give them and then they got angry.  I think this is a scam.

I got the same call with a scam where they were trying to find out personal information by pretending the call was about serving me with papers.

They identified themselves as Stanley Morgan and Associates.

Got the same message and saying they were from Stanley Morgan and to return their call at 888-983-7833 and give a case number.
