i just got charged $10 from this number and have no idea why

received my credit card bill today, I was billed  $59.95 not once but twice. all it said was  & U.S search CA...don't know why, but the credit card co. issued credit on the both of them........phone number was 888-999-4384

Same thing ahppened to me.  Credit card company is investigating the charges and will hopefully credit my accoutn back

Did anyone find out anything about this number?  I'm seeing a charge on my credit card as well.

Had a fraud charge as well.  US Search is submitting bogus charges and getting away with it.  Keep complaining about them all over the Internet.  Word will spread.  

Unfortunately, if they find your number, you have to get a new number for your credit card.  Its such a pain!

having the same problem they have charged me twice

Charged my credit card twice without my authorization, called and asked them why and they said they would cancel the account and credit me back the money..in 3-5 days. It has now been over a week. I called again and someone else told me it would take 7-10 days. I want my money back now. Want to know why they can hold my money without my authorization.

My daughter's debit card is being charged for the Euro equivalent of $19.95 every month since September.
No contact whatsoever with these folks.  No calls, no bills, just a sum being drafted off her bank account.

Been getting charges 19.95 on my visa from this number for three months now.

I have been Charged $19.95 As well once a month on my debit from Us search bank is now looking into it and gave my money back. but what is this and why are they doing it, does anybody know??

This number is connected with US SEARCH they are some how linked to My Life.com an on line people finder service. Last year I signed up for one month at $14.95 and I just found out that they had been billing me $19.95 every month for five months. Call this customer service number
1-800-877-3272 It is in India, the lady I talked to apologized and said they would refund the charges. I also explained I wanted to cancel my account. She said they would do that and refund my bank account. I only pray that they are honest and do that. I hope you straighten out your issues with them. From now on I will not be using any on line searches to look for old friends. I had to turn off my card and am getting a new one.

How did you even get them on the phone??? When I call all I get is another number for a completely different business called Talk Live.  I want my money back!!!

I got an Indian man when I called. He said he was going to credit my account, and cancel my services, but, before I wait to see, I'm going to copy/paste this whole page of complaints, and send it to the Better Business Bureau. If you all do it, too, the BBB will know it is true, and do something. I have used the BBB before, and they DO get back to the complainant! Let's get them!

I am being billed 19 per month for three months now from this bogus place. I have no idea how to stop it, and if I may find out I would be very grateful. I do not even know what it is. I would love to have it stopped immediately.
